Super disappointed in the arrogance of the management at the 54 location. I ordered the hibachi steak with rice on the side and double soup. I get home my soups are filled half way and there is a no rice. I was on the phone on hold for 10 minutes for a manager and no one ever answered. I get here and there is OnE car in the parking lot.. the lady to the window and the girl that helped me was super nice and understanding. However the manager came to the window and said he couldn’t give me my rice that was shorted and my money back both. . I paid for the rice…. I didn’t get it. I am getting my food remade but customer service was awful. Gas is $4.00 a gallon and I drove up here only to get replaced the meal and my rice added that was missing… I feel like you pay a certain amount for something you want it to be quality and worth it. So tonight for $15 I got shorted rice, supper at 8:10 and absolutely no compensation added other than remaking my food.. won’t be back for a long while. Stay clear and don’t waste your hard earned money on this food and to top it of the manager who wouldn’t give me his name stated he didn’t need my business!

Very cheap and amazing food highly recommend anybody going to this restaurant if you swing in Owensboro it Is by far a must see

I couldn't believe how inexpensive the sushi is! Great deal for great quality. I also love how the spicy rolls are actually spicy. Most places label things as spicy, and they don't have much heat to them. These rolls have great flavor with a good heat level to match. Being close to Walmart also makes it easy to pick up while running errands. Any excuse to have sushi! haha. I wish I could remember our servers name from a recent visit. She was amazing, easily the best service I've had at any restaurant.

Absolutely worth it.... price is very reasonable all sushi half off that hibachi tho is what I'm trying to talk to you about it's like those people who found good news and just wanna spread it to save some one who don't know and I have gotta testify the flavor is on point ill be back again

As I sit here right now going over my experience and watching the wait staff I have to say I am disappointed..It took 7 mins for the waiter to come to my table... when my food arrives I see it thrown on my plate and soaked in sauce so thick its dripping... My noodles have several hard pieces in them ( they're burnt) and the potatoes are hard and crunchy.. my chicken is tough and dry inside.As a food critique I will say I will not be rating the well at all... And will not be back.

I was very disappointed when we went the other day. We were seated almost right away. The booth was tore up and sticky. The table was soooo wobbly that it became annoying after 5 mins because our drinks were at risk of being spilled all the time. Our waiter took for ever with everything. By the time we got our food, it was ice cold like it had been sitting there waiting to be delivered to our table for a long time. The soup smelled like dog and so did my fork ?? the food wasn't that great and I usually LOVE Wasabi. I got a steak hibachi dinner, asked for my steak to be well well done almost burnt haha it came medium rare. I just discarded the steak and ate the rest of my food because our food was already cold and we had already been there for ever and didn't have time to wait for another steak. The manager did take my food off our bill even though I only asked for it to be down graded to a vegetable plate. So that was great. Other than that, I don't think I'll be back to this location.

Great food. But literally a 30 min ordeal just ti orde food. Never in my life have I seen somewhere so hard to get on the phone. And it makes no sense bc the Wasabi on Fredrika is as busy or more busy and answers almost every time. 90% of the time we want Wasabi we never get it bc after 30-40 mins of trying to call we are so frustrated we just don't eat or snack for the night. They need a second phone, or to open another restaurant on 54. There is no telling how much business they lose. They have almost completely lost my business for good.

Always clean and service is good! Food is delicious and well portioned - you'' prolly have leftovers to take home!

Pretty good sushi. So many unique rolls to choose from. Island boy and Cardinal rolls were good. Fried rice was ok, just rice with soy sauce and some egg.

This was my first visit and I was not disappointed with food, service, or staff. Had perfect hibachi shrimp and scallops. Perfect rice and noodles. Huge portions. The biggest con is the noise level between patrons and much too loud music is quite off-putting and I could not conduct a conversation with my companion.
