Excellent. We were discouraged because the app implied a 3 hour wait, but we went in just to check anyway, and they got our family in immediately! It was about 8:15 pm on a Thursday. The table and seats appeared clean when we sat down. Most of the times we have been to this location, everything has been pretty good, but this time was better than good. Alex was the best server and we’d had her as our server once before. She was very attentive and we never had to want for anything, because she stayed on top of bringing drink refills and came to check on us quite a few times. Our food was great and nothing was missing or cooked incorrectly. Would definitely recommend this TX Roadhouse location for families as long as you don’t mind a little noise.
10/10! The food was absolutely amazing, and everything we ordered was correct! They didn't mess anyone's food up at all. The servers name was Allie, she had the best attitude I've ever seen in a server! She was attentive, and made sure we always had rolls on the table, and drinks in our glasses. I would most definitely recommend this place to eat!
Our waitress was amazing. But the food was not good at all. The only thing that was worth eating was the rolls and butter and what I call blooming onion my husband and me both had t bone steak mine was so salty I couldn't eat it my husband was to but not as bad as mine was same with the bake potatoe and broccoli and yes the waitress and manger come to our table and kept saying they were very sorry and try tried to tell em we were going to go ahead and pay for mine and the manger said absolutely not and e would definitely have a talk with whoever was in charge and yes he did . He thank us for coming and hope we come back. I bought the steak home with us thinking our little winner dog would eat it. Our Jasper took a bite and spit it out he wouldn't even eat it
Enjoying a great meal with my Beautiful wife Jennifer, Robert and Brenda at our favorite restaurant. Like to Thank our hostess Carla for the excellent service she gave us. Great food and excellent service
The food was good. Our server was really nice but was a little bit forgetful. We ordered an appetizer and didn't get it until after or food was brought out to us so she said she was going to remove it from our bill for the inconvenience. Which we never complained just figured they were busy and mistakes happen so oh well. Was surprised when she was so generous. Then I asked for A1 and ketchup for our food as it isn't on the table u have to request them both. After waiting several mins and seeing her come over our way several times without either my husband flagged her down and asked her to bring us both items again. This time she actually did bring the ketchup but forgot the A1 so at that point I was like forget it and just ate without it no great big deal. Then when she brought us our ticket my husband noticed that the appetizer was listed on there so he flagged her down again and asked her about that. She apologize, went to removed it and brought us back a revised copy to pay. We paid the bill and left her a tip anyway because we know it's a hard job and hopefully she was just having a bad night and isn't normally this forgetful. Everything else (food, waiting time, friendly environment, and intentiveness of waitress)was great. Will most definitely go back again.
Nate was a great server. The food was great! Got seated quicker than we were quoted to be seated.
