Asked for the new chalupa and she said they didn't sell them anymore it was 8pm and it's a new menu item! Also said fryers were down and I couldn't order anything we wantedNot happy at all drive thru lane just sat at the speaker and until 1 car was served and pulled off then they took another cars order
Told they are going to open 2 hours later than opening time consistently, they also like to close in peoples face and tell them they arnt serving anymore even though they had people in line, mind you this is them closing at 10pm.. and they like to also do this consistently, worst one we have in town. Shut it down!
Was really awesome today. Tortillas were filled. Like really worth what I payed. So rare. Sweet tea was perfect. They gotta team in there now that can’t be matched. Thank you. Thank you.
Second time I ate from this location and it dissatisfied again. Food was wrong and my quesadilla was so thin and had hardly no chicken in any of it. My wife crunch wrap was pretty much sour cream and lettuce with a hint of meat. Now we did eat all of it but I will not be eating at this location again.
The restaurant is closed to indoor diners but the drive through is fully operational. Staff is friendly and the establishment indoors and out were clean.
0/10 stars I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes and nobody answered. I will never come back this place is an absolute joke. This is the second time this has happened to me.
I haven’t eaten Taco Bell in years cuz of bad experience… but we gave it a try tonight. Best 12 pack of tacos I ever got from a Taco Bell, in my whole life. It was from the drive thru too. Thanks, y’all are the best! They were delicious.
The service was fast and correct. Don't see that often with fast food anymore.
Wasn't as good as it was. Wasn't much on meat or anything else as there was before. 54 in Owensboro Kentucky has always been the best then any other one but wasn't for sure last week. Of all the places I could have went to for on a special day Feb 14 I choose to go there . I don't need seafood or nice steak or rib dinner. Give taco bell I was happy.
If I could give them 0 stars then I would! I have never been treated this rudely in my life. I sat in the drive thru line forever and when they gave me my food, none of it was correct. They gave me 4 bean burritos, 12 hard tacos and a cup of beans. I didn't order any of this. I didn't get one thing I asked for. I don't even eat meat so this is all a waste. The inside was closed so I had to sit in line all over again. I tell them that my order had nothing I asked for and how I would like my money back. They would not give me my money back and told me that all I could get was my correct order. The girl was so rude to me even though they messed up! Instead of getting out of character, I decided to call corporate. I had to call corporate to get MY money back which I won't even get until I receive it in the mail. I have NEVER experienced anything like this and trust me, I will never go back. Proceed with Caution.
