My biggest complaint about this location has to be the inconsistency of the products. There are times I will get a taco or burrito that is overflowing and other times it seems like I get more shell and tortilla then I do toppings. I'm not saying that I always wanted to be overstuffed I just wanted to be the consistent correct amount each time so I know what I'm getting. It is very frustrating to order one bean beef burrito thinking that will be enough and then it winds up being basically just a tortilla show with a light coating of beans on it. And then I wind up needing to order something else to make it through the rest of the day.Otherwise the store has always been clean and the staff is very courteous and helpful in picking something new to try.
Quesadilla so burnt it couldn't be eaten, along with several other minor issues. Quality has always been sub par over several visits. Don't waste your money.
Order was wrong, nachos and chalupa were both burnt… Food took 10 mins to get at drive thru even though food was ordered on line 15 mins prior… To top it off the food all tasted like it was pre made in the morning… Personnel was completely rude and not hygienic at all. Do not go to Taco Bell at this location.
Garbage. Food is always cold. Only stars are given bc the new employee at the window was nice and hadn't been tainted yet.Good luck kid.
THIS IS THE WORST TACO BELL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, MY FATHER ORDERED OUR FOOD ONLINE AND IT HAD ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR AND EVERYTHING BUT WHEN MY DAD SHOWED UP TO GET THE FOOD THEY SAID HE COULDN'T HAVE IT AND IF HE DIDNT LEAVE THEY WERE GOING TO CALL THE COPS ON HIM FOR FREAKING LOITERING, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!
Got our order wrong twice didn't have condiments we asked for drink machine was labeled wrong tables were dirty.
Waited 10 minutes and never got waited on . management was very rude.
Sat in the drive thru line for 20 mins, told the women at the window my order 3 different times get home and my food is all wrong, stuff missing and the rest was cold then the guy at the window pretty much called me a liar, made me open and show him all my messed up food and acted like he was the one that ordered MY food for me or something. They didn’t remake my food either they scrapped all the lettuce off and put more sauce and cheese on it They also took the food back through the window which is a health violation if I remember right. Maybe if they was as worried abt their job as they was getting high this location would be good.
Rude people and nasty drinks I try not to complain but really bad experience all around. Fyi they were not busy and did not seem to be understaffed.
They were busy but s-l-o-w. Several customers ordered after us and were eating when ours came up and they never brought our drinks. I had to interrupt the lady to get them...there were 2 of us.
