My goodness!! I sat in the drive through lane marquee for several minutes. Call the store and ask if they’re having technical difficulties. Reply was “no he must not have his headset on.”. 20 seconds later he comes on to take my order. Had had to repeat it 3 times then he asked if I ordered something else. Talk about a “pull my hair out!” moment!! Parrish avenue store.. 2 thumbs down.. way down!!!!
A Supreme meat had more veggies and less meat won't buy again and the meatball sub didn't like the bread it was on just not the same anymore ?
It shouldn't take 35 minutes in the drive through when there were only two cars ahead of me. By the time I got to the window, I sat there for a while before they even took my payment. I've had consistently long wait times at this location but this is the worst yet.
Ordered a 6" chicken bacon ranch sandwich. They piled on the toppings! A little pricey but good. The fountain drinks are always just carbonated water. If they fix that I'd give five stars.
That was absolutely the worst sandwich I've ever had since yesterday I will never be back to this place you pay $7 for something you can't even eat cuz the bread is so hard you can't bite it looks like it's been dropped on the floor
1 star, for the price, and wait, for both sandwiches to be burnt, and mine was not enjoyable. I don't mind paying the price if the food was made correctly.
Love the combinations I can get. Not grade A but still better than all the grease in other places. Speak very clearly for the drive thru. If you just mumble what you want the poor people working can't understand you and can get your order wrong
Sloppppyyy! Both subs had the correct toppings in them but the sauce and toppings were all falling out from the cut side of the bread. Looks like someone put them together with their eyes closed.

I used the drive through service to order my food, the man taking my order was not the most professional in the way he spoke to me (incomplete sentences) I asked for both sandwiches to be heated and neither were, I also asked for olives and bell peppers and was only given olives.
