We waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order. The red button was flashing. We thought perhaps maybe something was wrong so we went to another drive in pushed the button and waited 20 minutes without a response. The lady next to us pulls in and orders. We were still waiting. We asked her car hop what was the deal and she stated they shut everything down due to being so busy. Really?!! I would suggest that you may need to hire people who can do the job and get it done! The business has lost a lot today because there were 5 other people leaving for the same reason! Very poor service , I might add!
Angel was the sweetest on the headset which is the only reason I gave it a three star ! But the young girl that brought out our eight dollar meal asked me if I wanted my $12 change and then proceeded to only come back with $11 and no cent change ?? and it was cold and not made correctly I’m so thankful for Angel
Order a chicken sandwich, double cheese burger, double bacon cheese burger, 2 medium fries, medium tats, and 3 soft drinks. Almost $26 $30 with tip. Got home and was missing the double bacon cheese burger. With gas being almost $5 didn't see a point in wasting more money. Just well never eat there again.
Ordered 2 drinks and 2 milksshakes, took 20 minutes, and they only brought it out after we called them. Both milkshakes were melted. I try to be very giving when it comes to reviews, but it shouldn't take 20+ minutes to bring out 4 drinks. It made me late for another appt, which is really why I'm reviewing. Not criticizing their people or the food itself, but even if ordering a drink, don't be surprised at the wait
Normally really good but yesterday 5/4/22 stopped for a burger, got home and found out my hamburger was bad. I sent an email but no response. The meat was let’s say less then satisfied and made me sick from just one bite. This was the first time I was absolutely disappointed in Sonic.
I wish I could leave zero stars, I really do. I ordered and waited over 10 minutes for a large soda. They literally made me wait until the car that pulled in and ordered after me had completed their order So they could pack them out at the same time. WOW. If I wanted to wait for food I would have ordered some myself so thanks for wasting my lunch break Sonic! Also, the woman doing your food take outs told me to complain, so here it is ma’am. You’re attitude, time management and over all customer service is by far the WORST I’ve EVER experienced. Don’t give these people your business y’all!!
If you all are busy and have to stop taking orders because you are limited on staff I understand but when we push the button to order at least say that!
I can honestly say this is one of the more consistently good Sonic locations I've been to over the years. Fast service and they've yet to mess up an order.
Always great takeout food or as I call their food - “snacks”. Awesome service, good food, and definitely great shakes and ice cream.
Charged more than what I ordered but everything on the ticket is right so I’m assuming the employee just pocketed the extra money. Not like they answer the phone so I can’t talk to anyone about this.
