I ordered chicken "NO MAYO" on the receipt, guess what they painted them with. They were trying to kill my son by mayo poisoning. They are very careless. Dont know if I will go again.
Food is always great but if you go at night be prepared to set for at least an hour in the drive thru. I work in the restaurant business so I know how it can be when your busy and sometimes yours customers might have a small wait but never have I ever had my customers waiting over an hour for their food, you don't even have to wait that long at a dine in restaurants but every time I go to rallys at night it ends up being almost a all night thing!!!!
Bacon cheese burgers are excellent and fries are the best around town. Wait time is better than any burger joint around town. McDonald's is the worst.
Came thru the walk up Friday night and was completely ignored by the night shift. after waiting 10+ minutes of not being acknowledged or even GREETED, a worker informed the other one that he had people waiting in the walk up WHICH HE WAS ALREADY AWARE OF. I wait another 4 minutes without even being greeted or them explaining that they are Busy and will be with me in a second. Also while waiting they were apparently to busy too talk to a customer but they could joke about shoving hot dogs up each others rear end on front of customers (sus) if you ask me, ended up talking to a daytime manger (Adam) which is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars
Rally's food never disappoints. My favorite food to order are their Motzarella sticks. Just be mindful of their shake machine. Last time I went, it was down. But hospitality from the staff was awesome.
Never go at night the manager is rude and food is bad also old and nasty. Only go during the morning times. The line was also long after several times they got other people's orders wrong. We had to got back the next morning to get are order right. Also the French fries are to salty and greasy.
This place is a joke never gets an order right and you can't call them. They never answer their phone you can call 20 times they never pick up the new fry covered chicken tenders we're so dry cardboard had more moisture that's about what it tasted like then the staff want to get rude at the window turns their back to me and griping about me and I heard every word of it and I'll let the manager know I honestly don't know how they can stay in business
Drive thru. It's fast cheep & it's open late. The staff was friendly the order was filled correctly and quickly.. The food was hot but it is what it is really cheep. I wasnt very hungry so I just got a regular single burger dressed and not a BIG Burger like the Big Burford or whatever they call it. Sooo the burger was so small I couldn't taste the meat. And well.. it's not THAT cheep. Fries are still the best thing on the menu.
Employees rude. Even refuse to sever us. After waiting for ever in drive thru. We order 32$ worth of food.
Guy at drive thru after 10pm was rude, interrupted us when we said we had a multiple order, gave long sighs, and showed audible frustration towards us. He had a very sassy tone with my Fiancé who was ordering that I did not appreciate. Called the store to talk to management and no one answered. Probably on purpose. We were interrupted again and told to hold on right when he told us to start our order. These pics were shared by a friend who dined at rally’s one night. I decided to share them on facebook to friends and family to let them be aware of undercooked product and food poisoning. When we drove off and told him he was too rude for us, he replied with, “Thank You.” Do better.
