We were pleasantly surprised to find the dining room still open at 10:30 pm. The food was hot and delicious. The staff was friendly. The dining room and ladies bathroom were well maintained and clean.
Drove from Henderson to Owensboro just to eat here (used to live where we had a location right down the street but haven't had any Cane's for 2 years now). Excellent! Probably influenced by how long it's been since I've had Cane's but this was probably the best food I've had here! Everything was hot and fresh. I almost went up and got another box meal for myself it was so good.
Great fast food place for chicken. The prices are a bit higher than I expected, but it wasn't the end of the world.
The food is great but every single time I visit this Canes in Owensboro, the service and drive thru workers attitudes SUCK! And Lord help if you ask for any ketchup or how dare you ask for extra cane sauce!! They must think that stuff is worth its weight in gold cause they charge .45 for an extra container…. Seriously I spend $10-$15 on 1 meal and you gonna be stingy with your damn sauce?!? Work on that and your employees customer friends friendly service skills!
Watch your credit card charges if using one here. I found over $160.00 in either double or triple charges on my 19 years old's credit card dating from January of 2022 all the way back to July of 2021. When I called and addressed this issue with the local manager....she was less than helpful. I had to involve his bank to even get totally reimbursed. If you are smart you will only use cash here.
There is sure nothing better than some chicken from Raising Cane’s. The sauce and Texas Toast just make it worth the trip to Owensboro from across the River.
Food was delicious and staff was polite! One thing I want to point out, when I got to the window I learned there were only 3 people working. They were extremely busy with drive thru and dine in. However, the young lady at the window was cheerful and positive even with them short staffed and overwhelmed. Great service and food!
Absolutely the best chicken strips around. Great sweet tea and lemonade as well. Fast. Reasonable pricing. Having to pay for each individual sauce is the only real down side.

First time eating at Raising Canes. Not as salty as Zaxbys; so I like Canes' chicken better. I'm sorry to say this, because I am from the Athens, GA area (where Zaxbys is from). Having said that, if you want variety you won't find it at Canes- chicken, fries, and slaw is about it.
