Help was very nicePlace was cleanSandwich tasted like a salt lick.Then you spend $10 each sandwich you have expectations of being able to eat it.Grease for fries was old tasting.Cannot recommend & do not plan going back.

Food was hot and fresh like all pen stations but the dust covered counter on the walk down to register and the slick oily floor and table not clean makes it not good
Ordered 6 drinks with our meals; lemonade, tea, and 4 small drinks. We were handed water cups without realizing and grabbed root beer for the kids. Our food was brought to our table in bags and the Manager told us we could not dine in as we committed theft. In front of our children! My husband and I have never been so embarrassed, we explained that we ordered drinks and the cashier misunderstood... damage had already been done so we paid for the drinks he failed to charge us for and left. At the register, while paying for the drinks I said "our salary doesn't steal soda!" I have contacted corporate and will leave 1 star reviews from every account I have and my husband via social media and Google. We are contacting an attorney due to the embarrassment, our children hearing it along with many others in their lobby.
We love toasted cheesesteak sandwiches and penn station does not disappoint. We don't need the sauces, just onion and peppers makes the best ever.
