I ordered a pepperoni and pineapple pizza 2 liter DP naked wings and spicy pepperoni.My order came... no 2 liter and the pizza had no pineapple. delivery guy was a totally sweet! However. The customer service was the rudest ever. Totally argued with me about my pizza ( the box said pineapple how do you argue with that) and then told me they dont have 2 liter Dr p. But if u wanted to pay again they could deliver one because they can't find where it's on my receipt... nothing was on there but the price! The order was correct, it was delivered in half of the quoted time. The delivery man was friendly, he had a mask on and followed the correct procedures.
Food is good but staff is so/so. Seems to still be quite a bit higher priced but quality is pretty good.

The pizza cutter for today was a man named Gabriel Black-Olive and man can he cut! In a bad way... If i brought my son to him for a circumsion hed be dead! Whole pizza cut into honeycombs. babies aint supposed to be cut into honeycombs. Is Mr. Black-Olive a "cereal killer"? Anyway if you have to circumsize your son take them to Subway. A foot long is about the same size as a new born baby. However if I ever gave birth to the devil spawn I would highly recommend him being circumsized at this establishment!

Called Papa Johns at 10:24 pm tonight and ordered a large thin crust bacon, pepperoni and sausage pizza with extra cheese. I hung up with them at 10:27pm and headed straight there, I was just down the road sitting in Ralley's parking lot. The female on the phone told me it'd be ready in 15 minutes, I showed up in front of the door and parked at about 10:30 because when I looked on their website it said delivery or curbside pickup. They let me sit there until 11:07 until someone came out and asked if I was waiting on a pizza to which I said "Yeah, I ordered at around 10:30, what's taking so long? " A man then looked out if the front door and told me to pull into the drive-thru and he'd ring me up, I didn't even know they had a drive-thru there.Where is the common sense with people these days? I pulled in and parked right after I ordered to wait on the pizza, did it ever occur to them that I was the one who ordered it? Did they think I was sitting out front at 10:30 at night for the fun of it or what? Nobody there thought to ask if I was waiting on a pizza until closing time and I was the only customer there! That's a bunch of bull!

I had place an order a week ago from this Papa John on Fredrica Street and they messed up on my order and I called and talked to the general manager Melinda and she was smart with me. I called the customer service phone number and they told me that Melinda the manager sent me a email and lied like a dog. I have already called several times. Papa Johns should want to make it right considering they sent me crap to eat. I ordered 1 large pepperoni pizza with extra tomato sauce and we started eating it and there was no tomato sauce at all. I would never recommend Papa Johns to no one. I want to speak to the district manager not Melinda store manager. She likes to argue and fight and not want to make my situation right at all. It’s ridiculous.
