Took over an hour to get to drive threw window. I called to see if they closed since it’s 30 minutes til close and they shut the parking lot lights off and they hung up on me when I asked
young lady by the name of Beth was working and she made me exactly what I wanted and very good and nice polite awesome
Just ordered 1 chicken sandwich, 1 drink, and 2 small ice creams. yet we been waiting like 20 minutes. usually there's not too much of a wait, but this is just sad. your supposed to be a fast food restaurant, not 20 minutes like eating inside.
The food here is pretty good for a fast food place. We got a 10 piece chicken nugget and a cheeseburger meal and it was pretty good. The nuggets were a little cold though which brought the goodness down a bit.
It's okay IF you can get waited on. I understand all places are short staffed right now so I wouldn't mention it, but twice (I was gonna order more food) someone looked at us and went on doing whatever (save for one guy who was clearly "drowning" in drive through- I wish I knew him as I'd suggest giving him a raise) so I decided to leave and get food elsewhere - my fault, I suppose for not realizing how hungry I was. Both times I want to note I was NOT the only person in line. Perhaps this location needs to close either dine in or drive through until they can get more staff.
The interior was modern and very clean, I was very comfortable dining in. The bathrooms were clean too! The service was very friendly and the food was great. Nothing to complain.
We have been in line at the drive through over 20 minutes to pick up a prepaid mobile order. Only one car has moved from each side. Curb side and inside is closed. No one answers the phone to address the issue.

open 24/7 but terrible service in the morning, went to get breakfast waited in line with three other cars for 10 minutes and no one came up to take my order, people were in the store but no one came to take orders and we all drove off
Super long waits at drive thru, HORRIBLE!!!! I have never seen this before anywhere!! 35-40 minutes just to order. What's going on with the management here?
