It’s a McDonalds. Not too much different than the one in another town. Good food and good service.
Went through the drive thru. Had to wait for our food after we paid. They tried to give us three different orders that weren’t ours. When we finally got our food it was missing two items. I went in and everyone ignores you. After waiting for another 10 minutes we finally got everything. They do not apologize or say thank you. They never ask if you need anything else. All I ever get from most McDonald’s is a “here” when they hand me my food and they slam the window shut. Zero stars.
Took 20 mins to get through the drive through and there was no one in line. My order was also wrong.
Just had a less than pleasant interaction with a person working at the first drive thru window at the Hwy 54 location. My husband ordered both him and I a Bacon Egg and Cheese mcmuffin with extra bacon, which I have ordered many times in the past with no issue. But on the screen it showed “egg McMuffin with Canadian bacon” so I told my husband to address that when we got to the window. We mentioned it to the person at the window and they proceed to argue with me and not listen to what I’m saying and they keep repeating that the McMuffin only comes with Canadian bacon but that they can swap it out for me and I keep telling them that yes the egg McMuffin does but that isn’t what we are ordering and the bacon egg and cheese has actual bacon and it’s a separate item on the menu that I have NEVER had an issue ordering before this instance. At some point they realize they are wrong while I’m still speaking and snap back at me “okay I got it ma’am” and have to have someone help them to void that order and make a new one. They never at any point apologize for their misunderstanding and lack of knowledge of what is on their menu and not actually listening to what we are ordering. We pull to next window and get one breakfast sandwich that is correct but one that does not have the extra bacon we paid extra for so my husband still ends up going inside to have it made right.
The slowest McDonald's ever! Something needs to be done differently. If I could give no stars I would! It's better to drive to a different McDonald's. The one on Frederica is amazing!
This was the worst McDonald's I have ever been too. Took forever to be waited on. Went to get drankss, someone spilled a drank all over the floor and counter. We had to walk through that. Went to get ketchup. Their was nothing to put it in and anyway it was empty.Took 20 min. To get our food. They cleaned the floor when we were leaving. Don't go their !!!!
Omg your drive thru is so slow that I won't stop there anymore. I love McDonald's breakfast food but I just can't stop there and spend 20 to 30 minutes in the drice thru in my way to work. Sometimes your lobby is closed and you can't go in so you left with sitting in the drive thru forever.
Only giving 1 star because anything less is not an available option. I work closing sometimes. Numerous times I have tried to get something to eat after work & they had closed early. A couple times between 6/7 pm. Tonight ît was a little after 9 pm. I tried to call thinking maybe they forgot to turn the lights on. Someone picked up the phone (not answered) only to get hung up on. I called back with no answer. So I'm confused about what the actual hours of operation are because it has definitely been inconsistent.
My girl sat in the drive through with one other person in the other lane, no customers inside, nobody in front of her, for 30 minutes. I literally had to call and tell them to take the drive thru order. Then when we finally make it around and get our food, fries are cold and soggy. Literally all we wanted was fries and coffee and they cant get that right. There's no excuse, yall are overpaid. Gonna have to reach out to corporate. Just straight pathetic.
I ordered a Big Mac and waited for about 30 minutes. After the long wait I got my Big Mac and it didn’t have any Pattie’s on it. No meat. Lettuce and Big Mac sauce. Unbelievable.
