The burgers were plain, the ice cream cone barely had any ice cream on it. Not the best experience, would not recommend if you're looking for a good burger.
I go through there every other morning. I like the crispy chicken egg and cheese biscuit. I also like the sausage egg and cheese McGriddle. The morning manager and drive-thru team are spot on. The manager is nice and friendly. If there's any problems she fixes it quick.
Ordered 4 happy meals none of them had frys in them no sauce and they didn't get their chocolate milk and I got the wrong sandwich
Service was ridiculously slow. Almost 30 minutes for a BigMac, fries, and a drink. Then at the pickup window was informed that they HAVE NO SOFT DRINKS. I would've cancelled if I had known that ahead of time
Late night Male Manager on 4/11/22 was lying saying they would only do door dash order when I pulled to the drive threw that I couldn’t do a regular drive threw order refuse to serve us unless we would use door dash. When we told the lady taking orders door dash was closed she didn’t even respond I asked to a manager & he came to the micro threaten to call the police like calm down dude I wanted a late night snack. I was couldn’t believe how he acted. But I feel like the store should know how their night employees want to get paid to send people away & do nothing. Anything you go early in day it’s great! Day shift has their stuff together. The night crew is another story. When I call the morning of 4/12 the lady who answer the phone said the lobby closed at 10 or 11 but drive threw didn’t.. I just had know if he was lying, he was.??♀️?
Food is normally good but they need better drive thru service. Wait time is no less that 20 minutes before getting your order even taken.
I'm going to be blunt with this, either you wait forever or get it too quickly and food is cold. Why can:t late night staff cate or be like the day crew. This is the work McDonalds to go to late night.
The food is good but so not worth the wait to get thru the drive-thru. It took me 37 min to get thru the drive-thru on this visit. Sometimes you sit for 15+ min at the speaker before your waited on. Just waaaaaay to slow.
We waited in line for 30 minutes, just for us to order and they say they are closed. Served multiple people before us and decided to close on us and a few people before us. Called and asked if they were closed…. Said they had to do the deposit and would open up in two hours. This place is a JOKE!
Never open when they say they are. Tonight wait 20 minutes in the drive thru. Get to the window. They say door dashers only. You probably ain't eating here after about 8pm.
