Clean cool and fast (like) restroom is clean and staff was helpful
This was one of the best experiences at McDonald's I've had I Owensboro. They are usually slow and the food taste like it was cooked and then reheated but this morning the food was hot and fresh. The girl who was working the front counter I wish I would have gotten her name she because her customer service skills were on point and I appreciate someone who cares about the guest and the experience they have. As a former manager for McDonald's this was one thing I strived for providing the best experience for the guest.
The food and service were great on our first visit,2nd visit food was good but the waiter didn't listen to me completely si I didn't get what I ordered. The Cafe is very noise due to the building design
At one point in time this was the best McDonald's in Owensboro. Unfortunately now this is one of the worst. I waited for 10 minutes, a regular amount of time, for my food. I clearly spoke my order to the cashier. When I received my food, my order was wrong. They proceeded to take 20 more minutes to make my food. I appluad the lady in a bright green shirt because once she was finally free, she realized the rest of her team had failed in fixing my order. As for my overall satisfaction, I'm very displeased. 5 stars to the woman with a bright green shirt and green headband (not the older woman with cheetah print glasses.) If I could rate 0 stars I wold. June 3rd 2022 at 1:24 I finally received my ONE burger, and I ordered at 12:59
The line was a little slow but that is understandable seeing as they were busy. Overall, the food was pretty good but a little cold.
Ice cream machine NEVER works you wait & wait, put an out of order sign up, 3 times? we settled for ice tea, which is the best in Owensboro KY
Terrible service, fries were cold after waiting in line for over 10 mins for vehicle in front to move. Cashier did not know how to make change sent fries back was told 39 seconds I pulled up so others didn't have to wait any longer, then had to go in and wait then ask for my fries. Will not go back there.
Food was good, but due to the amount of people it was crowded and the orders were all getting messed up. The kiosks wouldn't work and the one that did failed to print receipts.
They didn't have the meat for the quarter pounder. McDonald's is a restaurant, why do they not have everything to make everything they serve. Cold ff lukewarm burgers, slow service. Nothing unusual. The quality goes down every year.
wish i could give zero stars! i received a hamburger with multiple black hairs in it! i then proceeded to call and tell them about it and the only response i got was okay. not even i’m sorry or how can i fix this! absolutely horrible service and food!
