We never get our whole order. It's not a large order either. This time was no hot Mustard dipping sauce, two apple pies missing and cols fries. They weren't even busy.
Employees swearing and yelling at each other, definitely not working. It's gonna be slow. It's gonna be wrong. The employees here are too dumb to function in normal human society. Food takes forever. Everything is disorganized. No one knows what's going on so you get cold food that isn't what you ordered...every single time.
The wait time for a McNuggets meal was unbelievable. I don't know what has happened w/ McDonald's, but it was almost 30 mins to get an order. When you finally get to the window to pay, they had 3 employees just laughing & talking about previous customers that they had & taking their time without regard to the people sitting in line for the longest time. Then when you get to the 2nd window, they had one guy who was getting drinks ready & then had to leave the window to go back & put the order in a bag. I just don't understand why they can't figure this out. This was also @ noon on a Saturday, so It's the lunch time rush. I would have thought they had prepared for that. I have stopped going to McDonald's in general because they are no longer prepared in a reasonable time frame. If you do go to a McDonald's drive-thru in Owensboro KY, you better have a full tank of gas & plenty of time to wait.
Drive-through for two sausage Mc griddle's got home and there was no cheese or egg on a mcgriddle how difficult can it be to put egg and cheese on a breakfast sandwich? And for the price you pay for these things it's ridiculous and then I could not even get them to answer the phone
It took 20 minutes from the time I put my order in to get my food. The fries were cold and the cheese burgers were luke warm.
I don't like giving bad reviews. But, I'm going to make an exception. It took forever to get my food. They were socializing with each other rather than helping out. Fast food restaurants are supposed to be fast. No one used sanitizer. No gloves. She picked mine and other customers fries with a finger inside the container. Not by the sides. I sat in the drive thru for about 10 minutes. Went inside. I should've stayed in the drive thru. They weren't BUSY!! If they were busy I would understand. I left a relatives house at 4. I got home at 4:45. Neither one of us live far. No traffic. And they were out of apple pies. It took everything I had to bite my tongue. Will not return for a long time. The manager is going to be reached. Hope everyone had a wonderful day. Thank you.
Website shows open 24 hours at the drive thru. I have been multiple times @ 10:30- 11:00pm to be told they are only open for door dash. Then your drive thru isn't open. Any other times food is cold, dry or not prepared correctly. Worse place to eat.
Went to this one last night. The woman at the first window was very polite and awesome but the ones at the pickup window were awful. They handed us drinks first which is normal but didn't give us the chocolate milk we ordered for one of the kids, I waited for the bags of food in case they were going to throw it in there, the fries in the bag were all upside down and they had just handed it to us and then I asked if there was a chocolate milk, the girl said yeah, I checked the bags at the window, it wasn't in there so I told her we still needed the chocolate milk and showed the receipt, took them another 5-10 mins to get someone else to ask what the problem was and for the first girl to hand me a chocolate milk, I said thank you and her response was "mhmm" I'm a very snotty tone. Do not recommend this McDonalds at all.
3 times this week at 3 different locations was unacceptable. The one on Hwy 60,was upsetting,we didn't know what we had done, we ask the girl at the window, she said, oh that's just one of our managers. So, if you as a manager are going to be flicking the staff off, you should make sure there's not a customer behind you, I started to say something to you as we were going by you, thought best not since a couple employees came out to chat with you. My passenger & elderly woman was very upset, more so when she seen you left half her food out of the order, she wanted me to go back, we just called it a day.
Not sure what happened here. Drive-thru moves at a good pace especially when the lobby isn't open. Food on the other hand..... hmmmm!! Order 2 Cheeseburgs only ketchup (meal#7). Got my order and continued to head on my way to the tournament. Grab for the burgers and find out the buns are cold, cheese not melted and the patty was maybe luke warm at best. Supposed to be a quick stop and head back for lasy game so I didn't have time to turn around and address the issue. Guess I tool the loss on this one!!! Employees were very nice though.
