No matter what, they always seem to get my order wrong. It's either not the right sandwich or they leave something out of the order.
We love our local JJ.Super easy app. Friendly, mannerly, accurate, fast delivery. The sandwiches are excellent! We enjoy a bag of vinegar chips to split and a delicious cookie too!Now that’s something to crow about!!
It was okay. I went through the drive thru and had to come back as they messed up the order, but it was corrected. I like thier sandwiches.
The absolute worst Jimmy John's I've been too. The kids working there have always had bad attitudes and don't know how to take orders. They close the lobby doors at 7pm when they close at 9pm. So you have to use the drive through. It is sad that a good sandwich shop is ruined by lazy kids with bad attitudes.
Completely disappointed in this location.Every time I have gone, they have messed up my order. They charge me for the extra toppings, then do not provide them. The wait is always long too, this last time was 20 minutes in line. I will not be back.
Great location, always delicious. Only complaint is they’re always out of Kickin Ranch when I go!!
First time trying this today...Extremely disappointed & will not be back. Terrible service & less than average food. Way over-priced for sandwiches my 10 yr old could make better than this. The bread was so hard I couldn't even take a bite without the whole thing coming apart, eventually I just removed it & rolled up my turkey. Asked if they could warm or toast the sandwich, they said they have no way of heating up anything but the bacon IS cooked...How - I'm still wondering?!?! I've never heard of any restaurant not having ANY way of heating food. When the girl opened the the window to take my money she just stood there staring at me; good thing the person over the speaker gave me the total or we would've been sitting there all day. Finally I said "Hi, how are you today?" after handing over my money, she weirdly muttered "fine" as she walked away. I should be used to poor customer service by now but it still bothers me. I'll stick with Subway from now on--- So how DO you cook the bacon???
Tried the lettuce tuna wrap for the first time. Wonderful!
Order online made sure my order was put in correctly received my order was incorrect called store manager didn't even offer a refund of replacement won't be ordering here again
