This was our first visit at Firehouse Sub. We carried out our order. Subs were delicious. They forgot the pickles for both sandwiches, forgot the seasoning on the meatball sub, wrong bread on the meatball sub. Didn't realize this till we got home. Will go back but check our order before we leave the store. Shouldn't have to do that though.
Other than ALL 3 of the teenage employees standing around the back hallway chatting and not greeting any customers the visit was ok. Food is always good but the service this time was POOR. Got takeout so we didn’t have to interact much with the chatting employees
My first time eating there and their food is awesome. Restaurant is very clean and people are very nice. I will be going back.
Great service and very fry people.The dubs were very well made with fresh ingredients. Warm toasted bread and melted cheese. Awesome
Subs were great! Our son who cannot have gluten loves their gluten free subs so much, he wishes there was a LARGE size, too!
Food was good. Prepared everything in a timely manner. Was my 1st time trying the place out and was very pleased!!
Terrible service I had a 30 minute lunch and I work right next to the place! Spent 25 minutes waiting for a sandwich and I just had to leave so I wouldn’t be late back to work 10/10 will tell anyone to not go there period. And this isn’t the first time this has happened ! Never spending another penny there ever again!

I like supporting Firehouse and they didn't give me a pickle I didn't want, like Firehouse often does. But both people I dealt with were quite unfriendly, so only three stars.
