Stopped in at 10:10pm last night (Saturday). Doors were locked. Hours of operation say open until 11pm. I called and asked if they are drive thru only. The lady that answered said no, our lobby is open. I said no the doors are locked. She apologized and told me that was by mistake, however when I walked in with my family we were not welcomed at all. Took forever for the person taking orders to even acknowledge us. Told we could only order certain things and the workers were just rude. When we asked about a certain item you could tell they were not happy. It’s not like we walked in 10 mins til close, it was almost an hour before they close. We ended up leaving instead of ordering, they obviously did not want us there.
I love the atmosphere of this restaurant and it is in a very good part of town. I usually just get the linguini and it is perfect. I highly recommend it. They also bring out the food before you get your drink if you are dining alone. It is a great restaurant if you are in town. Keep up the fabulous work ??
I had a large order so i decided to go in to place it. The staff working was nice and helpful. I only gave 4 stars due to receiving 2 slices of cold rubbery pizza, but everything else was delicious. I wish they would bring fazoli's back to Cedar Rapids
Edna that works the counter is always friendly and a super hard worker! My coworkers and I love coming here on our lunch break, good food and friendly staff!
Love their sampler plate. A little fettuccine, a little spaghetti, a lasagna, and some bigger noodles. Always hits the spot for me when I got a taste for Italian.

I went through the drive-through window placed my order and made the mistake of not checking it. When I got home it was someone else’s order. It was food I didn’t like, so I called them, they took my information and said they would send me a coupon for a free meal which I never received or I wouldn’t be leaving this negative comment because I like eating there, but I will not go there again due to the customer service I received.*** Just an update******Still have not received the meal voucher I was promised over the phone.*************12/11/21-I went to Fazoli's the last two days at around 7:30 pm and there were construction cones blocking the drive through so I parked to go in and place an order because there were a few cars in the parking lot.When I got to the door it was locked and a note saying not enough staff to operate so I guess they must be on their way out of business.Not wasting my time with them any more...
