Ordered 3 meals1 didn't show up till after asking another waiter where meal was.Could not get refills or to go box .1 meal the chicken chimi was orange due to grease.Will not be back
This is the best mexican restaurant ever. My family and I dine in or place to go orders frequently! The food is always delicious and they have such a warm friendly atmosphere.
I went there for the 1st time with my sister last week and it's was very delicious! Great atmosphere and clean..Loved their salsa and cheese dip!!! My food was hot and tasted really good! I will definitely be back. Only bad thing is when you ask for a to go drink they give you a very small cup to go? Our server was nice and when she didn't know what my sister was wanting she went and got someone, instead of just thinking whatever and messing up the order..u don't see that much !!
Some of the best Mexican food in town. Also a great location, at least for me.Great, fast, reasonably priced lunch
Very good food but service is always slow
I have had decent food and service there before but tonight we had no service. No one checked on us after bringing the food. We got no refills and took 15 min for salsa. The food was bland also
The staff are always friendly and professional. The food is served quickly and is excellent. We have never felt rushed but are able to visit and enjoy our meal.
Worse mexican food I have had in my life. Food wasn't cooked to the menu specifications. Food was cold. When I called back in to tell them about I was told.there was no manager to talk to. They told.me I had to ask for.onion and cilantro. And apparently have to ask for my Food to be hot. Keep in mind I live three blocks away from el tucan and was told it would take 10 minutes for be ready and I left my house immediately and was there waiting on my Food to be brought out to me. Again worse Food I have ever eaten I. Owensboro never eat there agIn
I am never disappointed any time I come here. Food is always fresh and amazing.
I recalled going here some time ago and wasn't a big fan but recently I went and it was a great price for really good food. Plus the chips and salsa are amazing! I will definitely be back!
