The last 3 visits the service was very poor, but tonight exceeded all. Just pitiful! Received the salsa, ordered 2 margaritas.... and 2 glasses of ice. After several minutes passed we never saw our server!! Yet, 2 tables were served though they arrived much later than us!! Upon leaving , another abandoned table were illustrating disgust as well.I left $5 for the salsa and left. The service has gotten so bad we will never be back. Also, the 2 servers we saw spoke virtually no English! Can not communicate!Pitiful !Will not be back !
Called to make an order and at the end of making my order I ask the lady if she needed a name or phone for the order she hung up on me. Then when I went to get the food the same lady said I never called showed her and the other employee where I had called and placed the order they started talking in Spanish and she said she never talked to me but it was her on the phone so then had to wait on them to make my food.
Food and service was very good! Despite a baseball team and their parents showing up at the same time we did, the staff was still very attentive and kind to our table. You guys rock! Thanks for a great meal.
HANDS DOWN best Mexican restaurant in town. They have the best online ordering set up. and the food? BEST! the service is quality and they make your food to order. and the packaging when you order to go is NEVER sloppy! your food never spills out which is one of my biggest problems with ordering to go from Mexican around here.
We enjoyed a very pleasant lunch here. The food was excellent and the service was very friendly. The chips and salsa were delicious and our food was fresh and tasty. We will be back!
The best part of my meal was the Blue Margarita. Took us over half hour to even get their watered down & flavorless salsa with chips. Matter of fact another customer has to tell our waitress that we still didn't have any. Guess they make the margarita so strong so you forget about the crappy service & the lack luster food. I ordered the 3 Chix enchiladas meal no lettuce & got a steak & Chick chimichanga covered in lettuce. They tried to over charge us by almost $10. Get it straightened out only to be charged additional $1 credit card fee. We won't be back
This restaurant used to be awesome when it was Los Cabos but has gone down hill since it became El Molcajete . It has poor service long waits and at best luke warm food....will not recommend this one. My wife and I used to eat at this place alot.

Placed an order online for 3 people, stated that in the notes and that each order should have their own chips and salsa. Refused to give chips and salsa because the order was placed online and not separated. Wanted to charge me another $2.00 for each bag of chips and salsa. They would rather lose several customers than give them what should come with their orders.
we came last minute with a party of about 40
