Ordered a medium Thin Mint Blizzard and when they brought it to my car it looked like a small Cookies and Cream Blizzard. I drove back to the window and told them I thought they had brought me the wrong order. She took the top off of it and said it’s correct, that is a thin mint blizzard. I said well the last time I got one it was green! She said they just didn’t put much syrup in it. She put the top back on and handed it back to me! She was not very friendly and a bit rude and unconcerned not offering to fix it for me! Not only was it not the right size (small instead of medium with extra cookies that I paid $6.66 for), It was not even a tad bit green! There was no mint syrup in it at all! I will not be back to this Dairy Queen!
We stopped in for ice cream. My sister wanted a banana split & they had no bananas so she got a Blizzard, & I wanted a Reeces Blizzard & had to get a Snicker one instead.
Got a blizzard last night, and it had zero candy in the bottom half. It's like they just threw some toppings on the top and called it a night. 6.06 for basically plain soft serve. ?
Other than them forgetting my shake that ordered with my meal, everything was good as usual. I love their soft serve ice cream and their “Blizzards” are the BOMB !!
Just went through the drive-thru at Frederica Owensboro before I could get my entire order she told me to pull around when I went to the window to tell her that I wasn't finished ordering she informed me that I needed just to pay for what I ordered needless to say I can't show you a picture of my breakfast because we didn't get it would not go through the drive-thru at dairy Queen on Frederica in Owensboro ever again extremely rude

Ordered to go food. Cashier gave me my food and I told her that I was missing a kids meal and shrimp basket. The manager came over and told me I didn't get the shrimp basket that I ordered because I didn't pay for it. I showed her my receipt and received no apology. She gave me the shrimp basket and then asked me if there was anything else I needed. I told her that I was still waiting on the hot dog kids meal too. She went over and told another employee to hurry up and give that lady her food because she is being rude. I honestly was being very polite. The women next to me was rude which set the manager off but she should have not treated me with the same disrespect. The manager threw the meal into a bag with no room for me to carry. I was highly disappointed in the service and attitude of the manager but thankful I was traveling through so that I don't have to visit this Dairy Queen location again.
