Good old American restaurant the best kind. I love this place we ordered take out the burger was fantastic and the fries tasted great. I have not been in there since COVID so I do not know if it has changed /:

Dont hesitate to come and eat at Country Ham. It is absolutely delicious, home-cooking at it's best. It will simply be difficult to decide what NOT to eat, and you will go home full, happy and satisfied to your soul. Plus, you will have made a few friends, and felt like the welcome company you are. If that isnt nice, I dont know what is.
The place was literally the nastiest place I have ever ate at! The floors were dirty, the seats had food in-between the cushion and back, the walls were dirty, and the icing on the cake was the roach that ran across the table while we were waiting for food. If there are roaches in the dining room, how many are in the kitchen? The food was low quality as well, pre-made French toast that had no flavor, bacon was good as was the sausage, grits were low quality, and the hockey puck biscuit was odd at best. Asked for sweet tea she came back and asked again then showed up with our drinks and said "oh I got the wrong tea". Came back again and gave us unsweetened tea! Very disappointed and don't even understand how they stay open. Didn't see the rating on the door either, we looked for it!
I absolutely loved this place. They had Chicken and Dumplings as a special, we also got fried okra and cabbage. Everything fresh homemade. The okra right out of the garden and hand breaded. They also have fresh out of the garden fried green tomatoes. The best food I've eaten in a diner in a long time.

The food and service was awesome
Nothing better than just walking in feeling like your at Grandmas. This is exactly what you get. Good homemade food and atmosphere. The server was just like no other. Cold drink and fried green tomatoes fried just right. Best in town.
