Best ice cream shop in town along with the best ice cream cakes
I am beyond aggravated... Drove across town because thier website says they stay open till 11pm. Me being me I even called earlier to make sure.. Everyone is excited ee pull up employees while scooping and making thier self some ice looking at us in the eye while doing it in the all glass wall building with the doors locked. As i pulled the door handle not even havimg the slightest thought that it would open they employees heas literally like clock work turn lock eyes look at each other then back at us then each other and then freeze hand in ice crm and all. just kn
Of course the ice cream was awesome and service was great. They were Polite and very great service and they had very good Patience.
5 people working and not one of them greeted me, tried to help me, or treated me like a human being. Overpriced and super poor service.
The young man was polite that waited on us. But the Strawberry icecream didn't have strawberries in it. Banana didn't taste good. It just tasted generic. Service was excellent ❤

Workers are rude. Was told I had to wear a mask but yet there was a girl in front of me chomping down on her ice cream at the cash register.
If you haven't had cold stone you haven't lived! It is by far the best, creamiest, rich ice cream I've ever had. Ive never been disappointed.
