It was pretty quick and ordered the bacon double cheeseburger meal I think it was around 8 bucks. Everything was good and clean
Husband didn't like his spicy chicken sandwich. My hamburger was okay. Tea and fries were great.
Been here long ago and the service was terrible. Thought that enough time had passed and tried it again as I was passing through.I ordered food for four people. My fault for not checking the order before pulling away. Missing one person's entire combo. Had to remind them about the drink after getting the food. They asked if I wanted cheese after I asked for cheese already and did not put cheese on the hamburger. The fries were cold as well.I would understand if they were understaffed or overloaded with customers, but this situation was neither. I feel bad for the one person who seemed to be doing everything while three others stood doing nothing.Tl:Dr- don't come here unless you don't want food you paid for.
Hot food and the nicest crew I’ve ever seen in FF! Come at least 3 times a week! The management is very alert and very interactive with eveyone
They were very busy with drive thru orders but handles it well and we got our dine in food in a timely manner. The place was clean. Week or so later I am back. Went thru the drive thru this time. Horrible! They ended up not ringing up a small lemonade and not giving us the mozzarella sticks we ordered and totally gave me a different burger than I ordered. Unfortunately we didn't notice the food items until about 10 miles down the road! When asked about the lemonade they wanted to charge us for it. We said to just forget it since we only carry credit cards. Also those were the worst onion rings I have ever had there! I am definitely taking a break from Burger King after the other night. Very dissatisfied!
You cannot make this stuff up. A vehicle broke down in the Drive-Thru and the workers joined in and relocating the vehicle to a more acceptable location. That aside, they still got our food to us at a very fast pace oh, they went through the trouble of properly labeling the food and drinks. This was done to differentiate between two separate orders and everything was done perfectly. In short, this Burger King earns its crowns five stars all the way
I ordered six cheese burgers and 2 rodeo cheese burgers and got 8 cheese burgers. Took the 2 regular ones back and asked for my rodeo cheese burgers. The gave me two of what was supposed to be my rodeo burgers turned out to be two double cheeseburgers. And they realized that they still had my rodeo burgers the brought them out. They was dry and the onion rings was hard as a rock and it was smothered in bbq sauce. So I won't be going back
I feel they have gone down hill on quality food and staffing. So many times they mess up the orders. Please get better as you were my favorite over all the others.
Got home after going g thru drive-in and the forgot my onion rins even though they were on reciept
They close at midnight, we pulled into the drive threw at 11:57pm. I have to keep it real I ordered food for like 15 people. You know they had started cleaning most things up and had to cook majority of the food fresh. The driver was worried my long order would upset the staff. Instead they was more then friendly and went above and beyond expectations. The food was well fast food burgers in the middle of the night, but it was all correct and hot. I really just wanted to show love for the amazing staff!
