Yesterday was 1st time ordering hamburgers and they were pre-cooked...No doubt at all ...lukewarm... so disappointed and no, it was not a call-in....ordered in person.
Went thru the drive thru and placed order , girl at the window was very rude and lacked and kind of customer service! Very disrespectful first and last time going to this place !
Went thru there the other night and our drinks were carbonated so I told them b4 I pulled off. They gave us more and they still didn’t taste right and they girl At the window was oh well. So I called and asked for a manager and they said they would check. Never offered me anything in return and we spent $30 on food and drinks that wasn’t drinkable! It’s was awful. I always get a Vanilla Coke and when they made me another one they didn’t even add the vanilla but I paid for it. We go there ALOT but I won’t be doing as much business as I have in the past! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
The drive thru was wrapped around the store the entire time we ate our ice cream. It is a popular place! The peach milkshake and strawberry sundae were so good! There are a few outside picnic tables, but no seating inside. It's like stepping back into my childhood!
Best chocolate shake I’ve ever had! Love the food and amazing friendly fast service!
OK I was here about 10 years ago quite often and quality seemed to be much better so not sure if the quality is worse or my palate has changed but pretty sure quality is not as good. Also service was a little shaky. Food was comparable to Zestos in Evansville which is not the best..
What's there to say about the Dipper. Just wow good staff better food great milkshakes. If you like good food with that old timey fill then the Dipper is the place for you. It is a staple of the community and hard to find anyone in town that doesn't have a story about the Dipper from when they were kids. Love the fact that they rescued the star from the old drive in movie we used to have in town that shut down before I was born. It is nice to see a place that lives the community so much that they try to preserve the town history like that.
Absolutely love their swirl ice cream cones and super thick milkshakes. Their other food is amazing as well. Great little drive thru spot with a lot of great options to choose from. Definitely would recommend and return for more.
The only place in town you don't have to check your bag to make sure you got what you ordered! Great food, although a little on the expensive side. I mainly go for the cheese bites, Love them!
The best hotdogs in town in my opinion I definitely recommend everything on the menu at least once lol From the ice cream to the onion rings it’s all goooood ?
