This place is gross. Dirty counters, glass was covered in fingerprints and smudges and floors were sticky like they havent been cleaned for awhile. Horrible service from the staff. Really awful ice cream that is more ice than cream or flavor. Go anywhere else if you want a quality product and to be treated well.
I'm not one to write negative reviews as I consider myself a reasonably understanding person... HOWEVER I will say I walked out today(JULY 1ST 2022) due to rude service and was very disappointed being my 1st time at a baskin robbins and also being my birthday.1. WE WERE NOT GREATED/WELCOMED AT ALLLL.. after being there for maybe 2 mins we received an "I'll be with you in a minute" I brushed that off my shoulder and said "No problem, take your time".2. Employee finished messing with her cell phone(which I wouldn't have minded at all if I would have been greated/welcomed, she could have been on it my entire order and I wouldn't have cared-IF SHE WAS NICE) and asked what I wanted.. I stated "I have never been here before and have a couple of flavors I would like to try".. she very rudely replied "you will get 3!"... that's when I said thank you, walked out and took my business to ORANGE LEAF - WHICH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WOULD GIVE INFINITY STARS TO COMPARED TO THE WAY THIS EMPLOYEE MADE ME FEEL TODAY. I RUN A BUSINESS BY MYSELF AND WOULD FEEL HORRIBLE IF I MADE SOMEONE FEEL THE WAY SHE MADE ME FEEL TODAY. I understand there may be rules as to how many samples you can get but it was how the rule was delivered to me. If I can suggest ANYTHING to the business owner/GM, it would be to have your employees take continuing BASIC customer service training. I hope that employee sees this review and treats other customers differently.
Regarding shorting on ice cream, ordered a double dip. At register the older female owner removed the top then Weighed the cup and actually removed part of my double scoop. I ended up with a noticeable 1-1/2 scoops. Also the price was $2 higher than last visit for a double scoop. How cheap! Speaking of last visit, ice cream was unrecognizable as though it had melted and refrozen. Definitely won’t go back!
This is the worst Baskin Robbins location I’ve ever been to. Service is EXTREMELY slow and rude employees. I’ve tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but after multiple visits with the same experience, I’m done. Go somewhere else for ice cream!
Rude workers. 2 yr old child was told not to touch the glass because they just cleaned it. Ice cream was horrible, no tastings, and no where to sit (even though workers were maskless). I do not recommend going.

Worst experience I’ve had. The older lady was rude (we went on 1/29 at 830) when I told her my shake tasted like vanilla milk (looked like vanilla also). She said “ That’s the recipe that’s how my manager asked me to make it. I don’t make the ice cream” We ordered two jimocha shakes and got vanilla milk. I hope the manger or owner doesn’t really short people ice cream and double the milk. After a long awkward silence while she finished my husbands she tried to “make it right” I refused due to my husband embarrassment and we left.
My wife and I were at this Baskin Robbins a month or so prior to Tonights visit and ordered a quart of ice cream that had to be hand packed. When we got home it had only been filled half way. We thought we would try it again tonight. We were attempting to buy two cones and a quart of the same that required to be hand packed. The first male (in the drive through) said they didn't have it prepackaged. I asked if it could be hand packed. A female interrupted and said they didn't have the ice cream. It was obvious she did not want to hand pack it. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt the first visit but after the second visit I realize the shortage was intentionally.
The two ladies who waited on me were rude!!! Love the ice cream, just not the attitude!!
It was great. I haven't had black walnut ice cream in a long time. I got a pint.. First visit.
