Drive-thru guy was very pleasant. Food was very good.
Drive thru attendant was a little aggressive. Looking at the menu and asking every few seconds If we needed help finding something.
Went to drive thru, workers was cussing while taking my money and while handing me my food. I had my 5 year old with me who heard everything they said.

Well, to put it frankly, the experience was something to be forgotten. A drink tray apparently is one of those things that's mystical, magical, and overly difficult to find. To say the least don't ask them to operate the thing for you it seems to be a tad confusing. Add to that, the genius working drive-through that does not need to work anywhere. To be frank the facility would be far better off with that particular individual just disappeared. Rude and callus are understatements
This is my favorite Arbys in town, food was so fresh the woman up front was so nice and she really brightened my day, after a rough week her name was Sarah. Thank you for great customer service and being so kind hearted.
If you come here, be prepared to be treated like you don't exist as a person. They just completely ignored me.
Manager wouldn't give me the sauces I asked for even after charging me extra for them. She was very rude.
First, I want to say that the food was very hot. Next, I want to share that this place has the rudest service of any restaurant that I have ever been to. We asked to make sure that our fries were cooked fresh because Arby's can NEVER serve you hot & fresh fries and that's when "Cheryl" started with the very rude behavior. Never & I mean NEVER will we go to this Arby's on 54 in Owensboro ever again!
