Literally the worst fast food in Newport. Nothing is ever served correctly. Food is always cold and half out of the wrapper. Don't go here, it's a waste of money.This was the grilled chipotle ranch chicken burrito. Cold as hell, no sauce and one piece of chicken.Whoever is 'running' this place needs to get it together. When I pulled up tonight, half of the associates are outside and there are no lights on...not even the menu.This place is just a disaster, and it has been for months now. Its honestly ridiculous, which sucks because it could be SO much more profitable than it currently is.
Btw, she refused to make the order and refused to give me my 30 dollars back! Monday evening at 7:10 I went through drive through to pick up my online order, was told I was incorrect in how I ordered MY FOOD and then refused to make anything that wasn’t on the screen. Because evidently they only know how to read 7 items at a time. I have had a great experience with the actually owner, but he needs to rethink his female management and how intelligent they are.
Me and my girl had lunch here yesterday and today for how good and fresh the food was!!!! EXCELLENT customer service, smiling faces & overall nice atmosphere. This place has gotten some thumbs down but wow we're we impressed! Dining room was clean, food was hot with good portions. Sandy at drive thru was very sweet, welcoming with friendly smiles(: will be back!!!!!!!!!!Loooove this location now.
I know it’s hard to hire people willing to work these days but when you stay open until 3 then you should be open and available. Turns out the store was open and employees there but they were all hanging out out front and no one came inside to help the growing line. When someone did come inside they looked and then ignored me sitting outside the window and proceeded to take others orders. I had ordered on the app but it makes you go to the store BEFORE they start making it even after you pay! Completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead online. Bad service, bad work ethic, and bad program/app. Won’t be back to the Newport location.
I literally just wanted a my cravings box with the chalupa, soft taco and cinnamon twists. I added a nacho fry. And somehow this is what I ended up with $25 later and not wanting to argue lol 4 burritos, 4 hard tacos, a whatever the other thing is and the cinnamon twists and nacho fry’s. No chalupa, no soft tacos.. how? Literally the worst mess up ever. I’m one person and got not even half of what I actually wanted and can’t eat any of this other stuff. All of it is cold despite waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru. Complete waste of money.
This is the absolute most poorly run establishment that I’ve EVER seen.If you’re lucky enough for somebody to even take your order (I haven’t been 2 out of the last 4 times I’ve been there, 30 minutes in line just to get to the menu and nobody ever comes over the speaker) they’ll be out of a main ingredient.Hire enough competent staff and pay them enough to run this place or SHUT IT DOWN.I will not return to this location. Nobody should visit this location.
Awful. Food was all wrong. Cold with an attempt to reheat making it soggy. Employees were rude, pushy. Lousy greeting and attitude. Don't wanna work late? Find a day job or ask for a different shift... Don't treat customers like their trash. I would recommend finding a different taco bell. This one is no good at night time service!
I ordered Uber eats twice from them, the first time they just missed a crunchwrap that I ordered, and wasn't with my order. I enjoy taco bell, I'm a fat boy!! I ordered 2 burritos. This is my first one I could RIP in half because the beans are so hard. This location is horrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER!! I don't care if it's high school students making my food, common sense should tell you, this is not edible. Fool me once...... well they fooled me twice. My second bean burrito, I was expecting much, was the same. This whole order was messed up. My crunchwrap was nothing but tortilla as well. AWFUL
This was the absolute worst experience. At the speaker they got my order wrong. Had to correct it 3 times. Then when I made it to the window, I had to pay 2 separate bills. During the whole transaction he was talking but not to me, to a fellow employee. Probably why he got the order wrong. Then finally got the food and it was nasty. Crunchy tacos so thin and so soggy that the shells fell apart. Everything I got was inedible. They even got my drink wrong. Then on top of the mess. No napkins and no sauce. Will never ever go here again.
Driving for GrubHub and this place closes the lobby at 7:30pm. I drove several miles to get here and the order was called in 10 minutes ago. I'm not waiting at the back of this, not even moving, ten car deep line for an order that only pays me a couple dollars to deliver. Rejected offer. Moving on to something better.
