I ordered 2 piece fish & shrimp meal it wasn't good there wasn't no crispy's you know ,Remember Long John's the breading crumbs that fall off fish chicken etc. No hush puppies either !! Waist of money & appetite automatically went away !!
Loved stopping by the Newport branch! Friendly staff and good food I sat and enjoyed the food while my wife shopped nearby. Will be visiting again now I've found it.
They put 16 pieces of chicken in a bucket and smash the lid down on , the pieces where madh together and outer skin was peeling off to other pieces and our side order was incorrect. Maybe next time
The fries was cold and the fish was covered withburn spots from bad oil

Absolutely terrible service. The staff really need proper training on how to treat people with respect, especially the drive thru worker. Worst employee I've ever seen, but the lady making the food was quite nice. I have never had an experience this bad at any restaurant. Spent well over half an hour here just waiting on food that had to be remade due to poor communication and being rushed through an order. Once the food was done we were still given the cold fries from the first order. 10/10 would not cone here again. Total garbage.
This place was pitiful. Took ten minutes to get waited on and another ten minutes to get my food and I was the only person in line. Then I got home and was missing my four piece chicken snack. NEVER EVER WILL GO BACK
I just came through the drive-thru and ordered lunch for some co-workers and myself and it was actually a manager who just took my order and my payment and she was very rude, very snippety, just real fast with me, 0 friendliness, truthfully did not care to be at work today. I just know right now is a hard time and there's a lot of good people who need a job and I think it's terrible how I just was treated. Instead of her being friendly back to me as I was to her, she couldn't even put a fake smile on. The young lady who brought my order out to me because they had me pull around back she was very sweet she had a conversation with me, she was very kind. I also asked the manager who took my order if I can have extra mayonnaise and she proceeded to tell me it comes with mayonnaise and did not send extra mayonnaise in my bag. It's just really a shame. I'm rating 2 stars bc the foods good and the little lady who brought my order out was a breath of fresh air after what I went through. She should be the manager.
