Having lived in Detroit for awhile. I always loved jet's Pizza. After having a less than stellar experience at a different jet's Pizza I decided I would give the chain in Kentucky another try at the Newport Location. Well let me tell you they did not disappoint. Alex was polite and professional. And the pizza was classic jets!!!! Awesome work thanks ?
No matter how busy this store is, the employees are always courteous and treat all customers with respect. I find that Uber/Doordash/Grubhub drivers are pushed aside and their orders are not handled as a priority. Jets has definitely treated me differently than most restaurants in the area during this crazy pandemic time. I felt I was still important, respected and treated fairly as a valued customer. On the plus side, the food is amazing!
Love the pizza of course, it's the BESTBut the way the workers treat you is even better... everyone is always welcoming and smiling, this is my mom's favorite pizza place and they treat her extra special when she's visiting... thanks JETS PIZZA OF NEWPORT KY
Best pizza in town but be prepared around dinner time the get busy so always be patient here this store gets slammed
I ordered my food with Doordash pickup and they couldn’t find my order they looked at all their order receipts and said they didn’t have it in their system so I pulled it up on my phone and they looked at their orders again and found it and I’m like WOW unbelievable and even worse I seen an adult roach crawling on their counter. Do not waste your money on this place. Stay away!
3 miles is too far to deliver? Crazy. Guess i won't try Jetts. Can't give a good review when I'm refused service. Oh my 3 miles... What a drive for a delivery... Oh but doordash will deliver from here, makes sense. Pay doordash a %30 surcharge so you and your employees earn less... I'm sure your employee turnover is great.
Disappointed and hungry. We used the text to order feature to get 20% off as advertised (it didn’t actually take 20% off, even before tax and delivery fee), and when it was delivered, the sub we ordered and paid for wasn’t included and wasn’t even listed on the driver’s receipt. We called and got hung up on once after waiting 10 minutes, and after calling again and waiting another 15 minutes, it said the recipient was unavailable. We ended up having to call the driver and have him talk to someone at the store, who just said our card would be refunded for the missing sub. Apparently they’re out of subs indefinitely, but the text to order feature hasn’t been updated to reflect that. We had to call another pizza place and pay another driver’s tip and delivery fee to get the rest of our dinner.
40 mins waiting on a 4 corner pizza with pepperoni. Said it would be 20 so i showed up

After waiting extra time for our food because it took 20 extra minutes to 'cut it', this is part of the $60 worth of garbage food we received. First and last time trying this location.
