I love hot head however today's visit was terrible the older man doing my order at 415 pm on Tuesday July 12,2022 was rude and was acting like he was mad and took it out on me and my order was skimpy like he was paying out of his pocket and I believe he overcharged me I may start going to a different location or not go at all he needs to learn how to work with customers
i love hothead. i come here all the time. but the customer service isn’t great by all means. every employee looks and acts like they’re miserable. today i walked up to the line and the girl just stood there and stared at me with a disgusted look on her face until i said something. proceeded to take her good ol time with everything, and sloppily threw stuff into my burrito. i think she probably said a total of two words the whole time. i used to work at a hothead when i was younger, so i get it. it’s not the most glorious job in the world. but i still put on a smile when customers came around, or atleast said more than just “do you want your receipt”
The food is absolutely phenomenal as long as you get SAUCE. Their signature Hot Head sauce is a must on all bowls and the teriyaki is perfectly sweet and salty.I would give this place 5 stars all day if it weren't for all of the employees who look absolutely miserable working there. I'm not saying they're rude but they're not the friendliest either. A simple smile and being greeted with "Hey, how are you?" used to be commonplace.The employees represent the company and appearing to be miserable at work just deters me from wanting to come back, regardless of how amazing the food is. I get that there is a lot going on in the world right now but some common courtesy and a smile is something we could all use a bit more of.
i come here almost weekly. most of the staff are nice, but the guy in the baseball hat always looks like he's in a bad mood. I've literally never seen him smile. he also gives the bare minimum ingredients in the tacos. Other than that, good location.
Love This Restaurant! The Fish Tacos ? Is Some Of The Best I Ever Had. I Recommend This Place To Everyone, Including All My Friends And Family.
Manager Steve was very friendly. He provided excellent service. Prices are fair, portions are very good and taste is great.
It was our first visit, a little pricey. No kids menu, that's a downer. Portions were small. Seating was nice.
I walked in at 9:15 and they close at 10 and the guy informed us that they were out of chicken and steak and wasn't willing to cook anymore not because they were out of it but because it was so close to closing turn down a $40 transaction so I left and luckily made to the Fort Wright store which happily serve me I wish the best to you all no hard feelings
Hothead has the potential of being the best burrito place around, but what they're missing is consistency. Often my rice is undercooked and when it is cooked well, often the cilantro has gone bad.\\n\\nOtherwise the food is great, service is good, and the restaurant is kept clean.
Hot Head has great burritos and many more options than the other fast burrito place.
