The food was good.. BUT, the waitress wasn't very attentive to us,(she was helping other waitresses, but no one helped her)never refilled our drinks, or asked if we wanted refills. The music from the kitchen was very loud, and was different from the music in the dining area, so you couldn't really hear either one and just made it a bad experience. Not sure if there was a manager there. But if there was, they definitely weren't doing their job, unless this is the new norm for Hooters. Always liked the Hooters on the river, but that may have been my last visit..
Service and food were good. No real complaints. I'd come back.

Man they renovated this place and it is NICE! Great view of Cincinnati iconic skyline. Close enough to the stadium to enjoy the games and nearby festivities..... The signature wings and of course the bar are AWESOME!
Great atmosphere, always sparkling clean, very upbeat, fast, fun and friendly. The food is always great, service always with a smile, and always invited to come back and dine again.
Most of the time when I show up, the restaurant would be closed when it says online that they're currently busy or opened. Just like just now, I pulled up & the bridge was flooded but online it said you guys were heavily busy. Too misleading. Please update your guys time status & have them be more accurate.CHANGE YOUR TIME.
As normal the food is good but I really love the chocolate mousse cake! Always friendly service every time!
We were sat outside per our request. Sat for 15-20 minutes without so much as an acknowledgement from anyone aside from the hostess. Figured whatever, I'll wait it out. Even after several waitresses walked past us. The kicker was when a waitress was cleaning the table next to us looked me dead in the face and turned away. Not in I'll be right with you or anything. Loved it... Not going back. Wouldn't recommend going unless you look like you're there to get plastered or that you've got a full bank account. Horrible experience. Going to Brothers for a better experience. Would recommend everyone else do the same...
It just isn’t what it used to be. The food just isn’t good anymore. Fries were cold & the wings were barely coated with wing sauce. Not worth the price.
very pricey!!! Had a waitresses that acted like she didn't want to be there. They have fantastic pretzels and beer cheese.
