Website says closes at midnight. It's 11:20 and the drive thru open sign is still on and they Said we're closed. 2nd time this has happened. Either google is wrong or the employees are too lazy to take my order. Either way I'll take my business elsewhere from now on
I went through the drive-thru, and they asked for the order. We gave it, but they never responded. We finally drove to the window; the headset was sitting on the counter. We waited for about 5 minutes and they never showed up?? Lol
We always have great service and delicious food whenever we go here.
Buns were soaked with coney sauce. I didn't mind but my wife did. Always good no matter what.Dear Mr. Owner, you will not have to make anything up to us. We have been Gold Star fans for a very very long time and will most certainly be back for sure, we love GS. If you were thinking free food on our behalf, please donate it to homeless shelters. We will pay gladly and always enjoy your awesome food. Thank you.
Do not order super 3 ways because they are selling you regular size 3 ways for the price of super!! They are ripping people off, STRAIGHT BULLSH#T!!! I guess they are trying to get back the money for those free ones during football season, true greed

So had to order with you guys because the skyline decided to close earlier, whatever anyways I payed $18 dollars for the skimpiest chili cheese fries and 3 way I’ve EVER had in my 29 years of life!! from any chili place skyline cinci chili and Dixie and the other gold stars too. . . I worked at the gold star in cov the 3 way I was giving could have fit into a cheese cup and even my husband who’s from Louisville was like what’s up with this container? ((it was white)) he didn’t save our daughter any of his fries , which when we’ve ordered them at other gold stars, he can never finish a whole chipotle chili cheese fries himself! I get it night shift sux but you still have a job to do. . . I’ll go to cov gold star if I ever actually have too again!

I would not eat at this goldstar they take the tips away from their workers this goldstar actually needs to be looked at by the health department and the BBB If you guys knew what I was told you would not eat there not only did my daughter work there for only a month a family friend worked there and what he said they did with the food is harmful to customers health he no longer works there either it is a family owned business and they don’t care about their workers or customers if I could I wouldn’t give them any stars
Food was fine. Consistent with other Gold Star restaurants. After Bengals win, folks getting the buy one get one deal. They were very busy and short staffed. Did the best they could. Just be patient. Do not like their parking lot. What man designed that??
