Today's opening team is phenomenal. Intentional greetings, warm smiles, fast service and good food. The little stuff goes a long way; keep it up!Had lunch with my 5 y/o and 18 month old: little chz burger, Blt, small fry, waters.Prices are obviously up due to (Bid)inflation, but the good service makes it far more tolerable.If I were to be critical of anything, bathrooms need a bit more TLC.
Very filling, but pricey food. I ordered the little hamburger and a regular fry and drink, the total was around $12. The burger quality is great, a well seasoned patty. The fries quality is top speck, and honestly the main attraction for me, they are crispy with a nice sprinkling of salt. I will be back. Be careful when ordering for more than one person, as the prices escalate rather quickly.
We ordered four burgers, two with bacon and two without.The burgers were okay, I liked five guys in Dubai way more.The drinks was disgusting, they had very weird taste. Frensh fries were okay too
Prices are outrageous now. They're charging craft burger prices for a chain burger. The food and service are good, it's just tourist trap prices.
When we got there it was supper busy right when they opened. The got it together and busted out some really good burgers and fires. Then as we were finishing up the lady that took our order was cleaning up tables and checking on everyone in the dinning area to see if their food was ok, The place was clean and seemed to be managed well.
Sad, I remember when 5 Guys was the place to be. This five guys is in a sad state. The place was a disaster, ketchup on the walls, bathrooms in a poor state, everything looked ram down. Only ketchup packets, no vinegar in the bottles. The upside it was modestly fast and the person taking my order was in a good mood.
Food was pretty good and prices were reasonable! The toppings that you can order atop the burgers are free which is one of the best parts!

Burgers were great, tasted fabulous but super messy and runny. Fries were horrible. So soggy, no crisp what so ever. Tasted like uncooked potatoes. All my daughter wanted was fries so she left there hungry and we had to stop somewhere else to feed her. Restaurant was filthy, tables and chairs were covered in food and I had to clean them myself before we could sit down. Garbage and food on the floors as well. Staff were friendly. Probably won't visit this location again but 2 stars for the awesome tasting burgers ?
