Great place to go to stuck in line behind the dregs of society who can't place a simple order and who can't help but sneeze over and over again. Every. Single. Time. I'll be lucky if i didn't catch covid tonight. And as I was leaving I let one of the employees know they were out of lemonade. He responded by telling me he was off the clock. Take my advice, go up to the Highland Heights store.

Online orders are light and in-store you can request more rice but I don't think they like it. A 40lb bag of rice cost about $9. At Chipotle your paying about $9 for a veggy bowl of rice the least they can do is put .25¢ worth in your bowl.
Always excellent and I have no will power when it comes to their queso and chips.
Visited the Newport, KY location last night 3/7/22 and the service was poor. Food was great, the gentleman who cashed me out was extremely nice.However, there was a manager on the flat grill with a co-worker. He greeted me and the line of people behind but proceeded to turn back around and avoid us. No communication that someone will be with us shortly and as a manager, they didn't take initiative and serve their guests. I even asked if someone was going to help us and they ignored me. Only for a few minutes later did someone from the back come and assist, (this person was helpful and kind).I'm extremely disappointed that a MANAGER avoided and ignored their guests. This isn't professional what so ever and not very manager like. Definitely didn't fulfill their role as a manager yesterday, that's for sure.
Seriously what is wrong with the staff at this location? Why do I have to argue for more than 3 grains of rice?? Every time I come here you have to haggle with the staff to not skimp. Rice is so undercooked it’s crunchy.
Hi I stop by chipotle last week had not been here for a while it was ok not great could have been a little hotter it was just ok for me could have been better but I do like chipotle bye mlp.
The food quality is almost always great. The staff is nice enough. I just always wonder about portions, it seems, depending on who is working, I can get either enough food that I can't finish my bowl/burrito and other times, it's not enough. For the $8 or so I spend, it seems a pretty good value.
Excellent customer service! Thank you to the manager and employees working 1/13/22!! I made a dumb mistake trying to order lunch at work, and I sent my order to the wrong store. I called and tried to explain that I’d just come by around dinner to grab it in hopes they wouldn’t toss the food I’d accidentally ordered. They ended up just making a fresh bowl for me when I showed up around 6 even though they were very busy. I was not on my game today but you all were. I appreciate you and the food was delicious as always.
I had an issue with the Covington store. The store employees were very rude and blamed door dash for my food missing . SMH They hung up on me twice and really didn't even hear me out. Just passed the buck. So I called the Newport store and spoke to the manager. She was very helpful and very kind. I would advise ordering from this store vs the Covington store where they don't know what customer service is. ? If you read this, Thank you Mamm. BLESSINGS ABUNDANCE ?
