Half the time I come through here they're either horribly short staffed or have some reason they aren't taking orders.

I was eating at this restaurant in newport kentucky it was not clean dust in windows bugs flying around employee s were not attentive or perfesional they were short staffed and the food was not properly cooked dripping with water so much mustard yoot eat it. This restaurant is disgusting and never going there again manager was having a party with the employees
They constantly cancel your order without saying anything and it takes up to 7 days to get your money back. Awful location, never go here or place a mobile order here.
I delivered this for someone else. I don't ever eat Burger King...one I heard bad things about them and 2 not my cup of tea!

If it was possible to rate this BurgerKING it would be ZERO -Had to sit in drive thru with two orders waited 20 give or take they could get my code on the app to work.. They asked me to come in and then i waited and waited offers expired . Ask for the manager she said sorry i can't do anything about your two small orders NEED a code.. She timed out even used my phone . I left hungry and she wouldn't give me the deal from the app or even offer me a discount .
Being highly allergic to all tomoto based products, I always order my burger w/NO ketchup or tomoto'.Even though my receipt says it they never get my order right..You'd think I'd learn to ckeck my order by now. I will just go elsewhere from now on.
