This restaurant like, many today, is understaffed. It needs better Management but again that is hard if you do not have the appropriate employees to train. Brio Corporate needs to take more responsibility in running this restaurant. Yes, you typically have a captive audience based on the location but training appears to be an issue with staff. An hour in the kitchen to serve pasta and a salad? Come on!! How about clearing our plates from our table, or bringing us the cheese we requested or carryout containers. Other restaurant in the area might be a better choice.
The food was great when it arrived but too 40 minutes from the time we ordered. Several tables ordered after us and were served and some left prior to our food arriving. Manager stopped by to. See if my medallions were cooked correctly which was nice. He admitted timing in the kitchen was an issue at times.
Took 2 couples out to eat. Their beer was warm with no apologies. Pizza cold. Salad overloaded with red onion. Water came in styrofoam cups. Didnât we used to get bread and butter right away? Should have known at the appetizers it wasnât the same quality weâre used to. A splatter of spinach dip for app., mushy cold calamari w/ mostly peppers and weâre not sure what the dip was or if something accidentally got spilled on the plate, bruschetta got lost on the bed of lettuce. We loved this place in the past for location and ease for large reservations but we wonât be going back. Our waiter was trying and we appreciate all the help they had but not trained.

Poor service. Server wasted time an Multiple trips. Long time waiting for her to stop at our table( she had 2 other tables of 2 people each) to bring water never asked drink order we had to ask her. Reservations at 5:30 restaurant not busy we finished at 7:30. Time between salad an entree was TOO long. She ignored our table most of time. 4 of us celebrating 57 year anniversary
The food as well as the service were wonderful.
Went For my daughterâs birthday dinner. The food was awesome and the waiter was phenomenal.
The service was exceptional from start to finish. Food amazing. Highly recommend for any occasion.
