Called them after 3 pm on Tuesday and let them we had a party of 12 planning to come in at 6:30 pm. They told me they weren’t taking reservations but would “look out for us”. I arrived early. They had set up tables, end to end, in the back corner for 12. Everything went smoothly from the get-go. We had appetizers, pizzas, a sandwich or 2, wine, beers, and soft drinks. Everything was served promptly with no errors. All was delicious! When I got the bill I noted they had incl a 20% tip due to the party size. I upped it to 25% based on the excellent food & service, plus the overall great staff attitude & attentiveness. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Wow. This place. Deep-Dish, Thin Crust, Garlic Knots, Pizza Balls & Cheese sticks. Everything was perfect.

We ate here on a busy Saturday evening. 25 minute wait for 2 people. We ordered a Steak Hoagie and Deep Dish pizza, Chicago...Italian sausage, mushrooms and onions. The hoagie was very good. Pizza was great, excellent ingredients! Crust was crunchy but nothing special on taste. We liked it overall and would eat there again.
Food is always amazing and the staff is awesome. Wish I lived closer so I could go there more often.
6.11.22 1st time visiting Bourbon House. Newport Location The staff was friendly, place was clean and the best part was the Food was delicious. party of 9 and everyone had different things , we all were happy. we will for sure return.
In an area with a lot of pizza options, Bourbon House is my favorite! I get the BBQ chicken pizza and its always delicious. The chicken is juicy and flavorful, the barbecue sauce is just right. The restaurant is new and very clean. Service is great!I can't wait until we are back again!
Such an amazing place with an amazing crew. You can tell love is put into everything they do and it truly feels like a family get together when we come here. The atmosphere is chill and homey and the patio space is great for munching and people watching. Will always be grateful this business came to Newport ❤️
Great pizza, great chicken wings, but customer service is lacking. I will continue to go just for carry-out. A shame because it's in such a great location. A hoagie and chips took longer to come out than a pizza and a combo sampler. A server seemed to have an attitude, particularly after we asked to move inside because it was windy and I was cold.
On a busy saturday evening I did a walk in order for a large deep dish with pepperoni, extra cheese, and green peppers on one half. They told me it would be about an hour and a half wait, which is fine makes sense, gave us an excuse to walk around for a bit. I came back an hour later as they said they couldn't contact us even though they asked for my phone number which confuses me a little but obviously they were extremely busy so maybe that was why?PIZZA REVIEW:Anyways the pizza was great and was ready ahead of time by 30-40 min, I would say though that it was very salty and not as thick in terms of cheese as I remember the Florence locations pizza. Sauce and dough seem to be exactly the same. Still would highly prefer this over any chicago style I have had in chicago and cincinnati. The pizza was entirely eaten between me and my girlfriend by next morning so it's obviously good.4 stars are entirely based on the pizza itself, the rest of the info is for the sake of the people interested in coming in.
