It's like they knew I was coming and cooked my food 2 hours earlier and left it sitting under a heat lamp. Barely warm, dry and tough. Like I bought it, drove any hour away and microwaved it.
wings were fine. But the drinks sucked. I got Dr pepper other people got come ginger ale. They all tasted wrong. We all poured them out sand got tea instead.
Stopped here driving cross country, definitely a place I miss so much not being in the south anymore, wish they would get to the west coast. So good and never disappoints with quality and flavor of the food
Love their food. Always quick to order and hot. Great place for a quick bite to eat.
The food is small for the price you pay. They don't pay attention to large size or extra sauce you pay for. The staff looks very new so a little bump in road. Hopefully I can give them a higher rating down the line. cause the food used to be amazing along with the staff.
Staff was very friendly ordered 4 meals and got them as soon as I was done making the drinks they were very fast got everything right good job keep it up ya'll
If i could put no stars I would!! The people seemed like they didn't know what they were doing, constantly running into each other. The wait time was extremely long. There was one guy that said he had waited for almost an hour. I waited for about 20 minutes and was almost about to ask for my money back before I got my food. I opened my food box and I had probably 6 or 7 fries. I told the girl at the front that I wanted more fries than that and got an attitude from the back from a cook. The fries were undercooked and the nibblers had the smallest chicken fingers on it and said something about it and they didn't do anything about it. Never coming back! I will encourage others to go to another zaxbys or not go to one at all!
I eat here quite a bit. Chicken is larger than most places. I also like their "zalads". Didn't know they had a senior discount until yesterday. The guy at the pickup window gave me 10% off. I appreciate him automatically doing that. I know it's not much, but it's something.
Ordered 1 spicy chicken sandwich & large fry. And 1 regular chicken sandwich & small fry. Sounds simple. Instead got 2 reg. chicken sandwiches, 1 small fry, 2 drinks and a freakin piece of toast?!?! Charged for 2 meals. Not the 1st time we've had problems. Won't be back!!!
Can't go wrong with zaxbys...Cindy C. Was excellent..Great attitude, wonderful person. Kept her cool during the rush. She should be commended for the great job she does!
