I don't know if it is because of people not working, or supplies not coming in. But the last two times we have bought food through the drive-thru at Zaxby's the chicken strips have not been very good at all! They are full of fat and gristle and I even found a piece of a bone in my chicken strip the last time we got it. The slaw was so nasty I couldn't even eat it! It tasted very sour, and I know people usually put vinegar in their slaw but it was so bad that I could not stomach it. The fries were good and the fried pickles were okay. But me personally I'm not much of a fry eater! So needless to say most of my dinner went in the garbage that night. It will be a long time before I go back to Zaxby's.
Pricey but you get your fill, and then some. Hot, fresh food and exceptional service.
Love Zaxbys, but don’t try to order DoorDash from this location they constantly cancel your order because they’re “closed” an hour+ before they actually close. They close at 9, ordered at 7:45, then they cancel my order at 8:20 because they’re closed an hour early I guess. Has happened multiple times misewell order food from somewhere else that won’t mind following thru with your order instead of cancelling for BS reasons
my salad was horrible. like they tossed it around and gave it to me.
I love Zaxbys salads but after last nights salad I will probably not go back. Chicken was hard no cucumbers one egg. End of the batch lettuce. Tried to call mgr never came to phone after 5 mins
Good place for chicken but I wish they would add more sauce when I ask for it. Celery would also be welcome into their meals.
Never had a bad meal here. Always getting their Cobb salad because it tastes so good
This place actually used to be very fast now they simply ask people to pull up into the parking lot to get them out quickly for their drive-thru timer I've been sitting here literally for over 10 minutes along with eight other cars
Finger licking g... errr... I mean the chicken was great. Good breading, cooked just right.
Now This is the place for hot wings! From a yummy sweet bbq, to "Nuclear " to even "Insane" And frankly, 40 bucks for 2 days of nibbles is actually pretty good money. I couldn't even finish em! So, good job. Only place I know to get chicken, salid, and wings all in the same place.
