This is the Best Zaxby's that I have ever visited! Patrick remembered that my wife and I wanted fried pickles 2 or 3 months past when we visited here. He not only remembered us, he also remembered our pickles. This time we got them. Patrick makes you feel like family! I highly recommend this fine restaurant!
Great food. First time I was there, I had my grandkids with me and it took me a little while to place my order and everyone was very patient with me including the ones behind me. They were all my church family!
Ironically I do not eat chicken. However, the salad without chicken was really great... for all you vegetarians that have to eat here, you can do it. ? This Zaxby's was very clean as well, and the staff was very helpful.
My service was excellent and the food was prepared well. I have gone to this location for years and it has never disappointed me. I highly recommend this location.
Zaxby’s on Mud Ln was great last night. The evening crew from 4/8/22 was on their game. I pulled in the drive thru about 7:30 pm. Sent a pic of the long line of cars to my husband and said it would be a while. I have never been in a line that moved so quickly. It took about 3 minutes from the time I pulled in, till I got my food. I don’t even know how that’s possible. And the order was perfect. Extra sauces and all. All steaming hot. ??????
Visited Mud Lane location. Pat took my order. He provided the best service I've ever received. Very friendly, personable & welcoming!!! Food was good as well. Great dining experience!
Ordered an online order for a Cobb salad with fried chicken and some cookies. Ordered early and said to be ready at 7:45. I arrived at 7:35 knowing it might not be ready til 7:45… but it’s 8:30 and my order is still not ready. They said they were waiting on chicken…. At a CHICKEN RESTAURANT…. Then the cookies they waited til it was 8:15 to put in new cookies…. No salad should take an hour to pick up. Smh…. Just awful. Thankfully the manager was great and comped the salad and gave me a gift card for another salad in the future.
Horrible me and 1 other customer yesterday chicken was old and cold.... should have known when the counter person yelled several times for several minutes hello ....hello to the back where the cooks are to coat my HOT wings with HOT SAUCE to get my money back and leave tea pitchers tasted like it had never been cleaned I repeat Absolutely Horrible
I understand there's very few workers I'm always patient but I got served frozen not cold the frozen french fries I guess they forgot to drop them I almost left it was so funny but then the cookies we got six cookies and they were so old the ones in the front looked good she pulled from the back so they were horrible and the chicken strips were okay never called that just from sitting there wasn't Frozen like the french fries worst trip I've ever had at Zaxby's and we spend a lot of money there. And we had to throw our dinner away.
You all need to retrain or hire new cashiers, your current ones are shocking. Go my my order wrong which by the way cost more that what i wanted and then when i told them about the mistake the first thing i was told was you can’t get a refund for the difference. Didn’t even offer me a coupon for a free meal. Also forgot to give me half of my order when it finally came out and i had to go back in and get it. I hope the manager sees this so I can figure it out with them.
