Sucked trying to get in and out of parking lot. I got sick after eating there but dont know if it was because of the 94 degree weather. The wouldnt accept a coupon we just received from work (JCPS). Wont come back to this one ever again.
The cashier made so many mistakes, he was so nervous poor kid.Couldn't count change, figure out how much change I was supposed to be given back.He hit a wrong button and couldn't open his drawer, he was a mess.My tenders were too crispy, had to take thise oarts off to eat them.That weren't busy, but customer service was very slow.
I give this zaxbys 3 stars. Only because I worked there an my lil niece does now an the managers keep writing her up the same certain one
Customer service definitely needs to be evaluated. I understand rush hour is stressful but please learn to not take it out on the customer. I was calling to get a replacement meal from a different time someone was not so pleasant with me & yet again someone was rude. Food was missing items but it’s fine! Just won’t be ordering from this location again.
Great food, but check your order before you leave. Because if they get it wrong (and they do sometimes) and you call about it, they will leave you sitting on hold for 25 minutes, then yell at you when you tell them you deserve more than "What, you wanna come up here and get your 2 chicken fingers?", after sitting on hold for 25 minutes! VERY rude guy yelled at me. Poor customer service.
Food was great for lunch! Except the old woman that works there was in the dining room with her sock off picking at her foot, in front of all the customers. Pretty GROSS
I am not sure what happened but we ordered 2 grilled chicken cobb salads and they were horrible the meat tasted terrible and we were missing condiments that are ususally on the salad. The bigger issue at hand tho is the fact that they completely did not give me 2 of my other meals that i had ordered and paid for and we didn't realize it until we got home. My house is no where near this location and it is such an inconvenience to have to drive way across town just because they did not do their jobs! And what's up with these awful containers?
I used to stop on the way from Ohio to Louisiana twice a year since there are no Zaxbys in Ohio. The restroom and restaurant looked dirty. The prices are crazy, chicken fingers were fried, and cheese curds were littered fried to crisp. The garlic bread was damp and rubbery.
I don't always get enough time to go to Zaxby's because it's not convenient I love this location a customer service was excellent and the food was really really good
Zaxby's is a good go to for a quick chicken strip meal.Reasonably priced, plenty of food. I usually ask for no seasoning on the fries - just because I don't need the extra salt. Texas toast is nice additionI ABSOLUTELY LOVE ??? their sweet tea. :)So glad this Zaxby's returned to indoor dining.Just not the same eating in your car.
