Fries were cold and stiff. Chicken didn’t taste right. Don’t know if I can recommend this location as a safe place to eat.

My husband and I came in today for lunch and had a wonderful experience. This was our first time ever having Zaxbys and the food was amazing. The manager Greg was so nice and polite . He made our day !! He called my husband young man (who’s 54 by the way ) and oh my God Micheal just ate it up lol . Outstanding customer service!! We will definitely be back .
Love Zaxby's tenders and fries with that awesome Zaxby sauce. Best fast food Cole slaw in my opinion and their Blue Cheese chicken salad is so good!

Went to Zaxby's on Dixie. Asked for a BBQ and they wanted to charge me for it. I asked if I get any sauce with my chicken and she opens my box and said I get zax sauce. I asked if I could exchange it and she said no because of covid. I hadn't even received my food. Touched the bag or the box. But she refused to exchange my sauce telling me I have to ask BEFORE placing my order. Very slow. Long wait times. Not very professional.
Order a Wings and things combo with buffalo sauce. Didn't receive my toast and only had 2tenders was supposed to be 3. They was willing to remake my order but I wasn't willing to ride back 25mins for them to remake. Just check your food to make sure it's right before you leave. I thought my order was right especially since a manager gave it to me because we had to pull up
I would like to give a huge shout out to Marcus working the drive threw. He is always so polite and listens well. I am not a big water so I am always trying to put my own little dinner together with the chicken and sides. He always takes the time to contour up any of my weird requests. Thank you Msrcus
The young lady who took my order was nice and the place was clean. It felt good to walk inside so I decided to stay there in the lobby to eat. Good job!
Opened late. Sweet tea had no sugar. Tasted like old grease for the fries and chicken. Got MAYBE half a serving of slaw.
