Everything was really good, cool atmosphere, drinks were great.
Quality crafted cocktails (e.g., the Gold Rush), scrumptious small bites plates (e.g., Short Rib Rigatoni) and a laid back deco-inspired cozy interior combined for a great evening at the Wild Swann. Already planning the next visit.
Drinks were definitely the highlight of the experience here!
This place was impressive, beautiful space, the decor was nice enough that it felt fancy, but not ostentatious enough to make me feel out of place. The food was absolutely incredible, we got the burrata flatbread, the charcuterie and cheese board, and both had a burger. I'm still having a terribly tough time deciding what my favorite part of the meal was, everything was tantalizingly delicious! My only complaint for this experience was that the kitchen closed before we had a chance to sample the dessert selection, and I am a dessert guy through and through. Next time I will insist on my dessert order being taken when I place the rest of the order so I don't miss out again, but I will certainly be returning to try the lamb chops and the desserts.
Great place below the Grady Hotel. Bar /restaurant stylish and has a feel that makes you smile. Staff are great.Jordan is most helpful and knowledgeable. Great addition. Live this place.

Boutique and very nice.
The food is good not great, but this spot is perfect for hangouts, girls nights out or dates for drinks. And very classy service and romantic atmosphere! Bon appetit
Nice little downstairs bar in the Grady hotel - feels like a Speakeasy
This place is fantastic! Maxmillan (our server) and Megan (the GM) are the best and truly make your experience here feel like coming home. The food was outstanding and not at all what you'd expect from a standard "hotel restaurant). You NEED to try the braised short rib rigatoni! When I come back to Louisville, I'm definitely coming back here.
