There are some kind people working here. It was a quick trip through the drive thru . The food was hot and fresh. Then we had car troubles , alternator went out and we were stuck. Then the cell phone dies, we were able to seek refuge in a clean restaurant and charge the cell phone. We were treated with kindness, good music and positive energy.
The only reason they get a 4 star is the buns were super soggy like they had been sitting for a bit.... Still delicious. Mmmmm the W.C. lounge.....WolfCookies........sliders of happiness!!!
I liked that it’s open late, you can get carry out or dine indoors. It was really busy, but for being understaffed the people working were pretty nice. I went One other time in the past, and had a positive experience. This time however, the food was awful! The chicken sliders were crunchy, the regular hamburger sliders were so soggy they were dripping bun. I gave it two stars just because the impossible burger honestly wasn’t too bad.
We are from Central Missouri and we love White Castles. We stayed in Louisville Kentucky for the national archery tournament at the beginning of May 2022 and order the crave case for dinner. The service was great there was no line so we didn't have to wait long but the food was not great we were very disappointed.
The drive thru guy was so friendly and kind. Lady in front of me had 3 orders and something custom on all 3. Guy gave me some free desert for my wait

This store, located in downtown Louisville near 1st and Main, definitely has it's doors open for ordering in. When I was there the other day, May 14, 2022, I walked in and up to the counter where I picked up my order that had been called in from an app.My visit was around 7pm. Just two other customers came in shortly after my arrival and no one was eating in the spacious dining area of the restaurant. Most of the customers at that time were in the drive-thru.
I walked into this White Castle at 10:22pm. The manager was at the register with an employee obviously counting down the employees drawer at the end of her shift. At 10:33pm, after standing directly in front of the register/manager whom never spoke, acknowledged my presence, nor made eye contact, I left empty handed, hungry, and frustrated. The manager or supervisor, a lady in her 50's, deserves all five stars, plus I'll throw in a couple of my own, for being able to stand facing me 3-4 ft apart and never giving the slightest indication she saw me. I mean never even raised her head. An absolutely perfect job of making me feel like I didn't exist and they had no need for my money. Had she sighed deeply or rolled her eyes I may have waited to place my order. Let me find out, unbeknownst to me, I have passed on to the other side. I'm a ghost and living out a real life...err...death Sixth Sense movie scenario. The next door I encounter I'm not going to open it, I'll simply walk through it. Then if I have a bloody nose I am alive. No bloody nose... I'm going to stop paying rent and use the money for some nice rattling chains, and 1000 thread count white sheet from the Martha Stewart collection. Lastly, I always thought if I was a ghost I don't want to be a bothersome one. I don't want my rattling chains to annoy anyone. Wait a minute I can haunt Miss Manager Lady's attic! Even if she hears me in the attic rattling my chains she won't acknowledge it.
To slow..no excuses except that management is ran be 18 19 yr old kids.they definitely need a more mature, experienced, better quality employee to run the place....
