This store has gone so far down hill. I don't blame the hourly workers. They can only do so much. In the the last two months the wait to check out is always at least an hour , usually longer... When you purchase alcohol it usually takes longer because the cashier's are all underage (again not the fault of these workers.. that's a management issue).. you can't get in a fitting room past 8pm. Why?? If your store is open until 10 then why not the fitting room. Which is a HUGE PROBLEM because if you want to return something you need to pack a lunch because that's all day and that's always everyday. The line snakes thru half the store. I joined the Walmart subscription so I could check out quickly. That line is never open past 8pm . I'm cancelling my Walmart subscription and going to rethink Walmart all together. Although it's great for one stop shopping . The hassle has become greater than the value .. which you can find now other places.. they are not the only game in town anymore...

VERY slow checkouts. The team lead just stood around while everything was backed up. Finally got more lines open but didn’t tell anyone standing in line for over 45 minutes and those lines got insanely backed up. I understand hiring people and training can be difficult. But maybe jump on a register and check some people out yourself.

Customer service from the young cashiers could be better. Overall most of the time i find what I need and enjoy Wal-e-World. Wish they would go back to 24/7 for my late night get aways.

It's a super Walmart all right clean orderly plenty of buggies no problem finding anything if you need any assistance they're there to help keep up the good work

Great staff and very friendly. Just always poorly stocked on the clothes. Other than that they usually have everything else stocked well.

Only for one worker who tried to help. Thank you so much for your time and effort on finding me an electric cart. But the woman who was on it had no intentions of letting my daughter bring it back to me. This woman was really RUDE!!!She knew 2 things; 1, that you went out of your way to get it for a white woman on oxygen. 2, that my daughter was following her to bring the cart back for me, the white woman on oxygen.So she gave it to a brown woman that just pulled in. If I would have been able to, I would have been right there in their faces determined to get it. If that was not enough to deter the transaction, I have to say, and I'm Not proud of thinking this, and I apologize. But I think I may have physically pushed who was in it out and take it for the principles!!!Needless to say, because I can't walk around more than 5 feet before I have to sit and catch my breath, I did not get to shop this time. If I do go back, I hope that I can get to go shopping.Walmart needs to invest in a couple more and practice a practical solution for keeping them USEABLE. Hire people just for that reason during peak hours.What do you think? Let me know if you want. See ya!?Bye

Well they're moving everything around and cleaning reconfiguring the store completely looks like.. So if it's not on the shelves forget about it. But you can't blame them it will make it a little easier for them to move the shelves around.. So bare with them they are gonna make it look a lot better..

The employees need to work rather than stand around on their cell phones & having conversations with each other . I see this so often ! There are a few employees that are seriously working but a few can't do it all by themselves. So many of them can't tell you where things are located when you ask ! I understand Covid has slowed everything down but when things are sold the empty boxes should be taken off the shelves to be prepared for new merchandise when it does come in .This store was great when it first opened but it has been going down hill in the past 3 years or so . Dirty & messy inside & trashy parking lot . Please help ! We deserve a better shopping experience than what we're getting ! Stores that become like this on trend to give the others a bad name in general ?

I saw an employee throwing the stock one the top shelf on a mountain of back stock. Also, why are the shelves mostly empty?
