We've been here twice now, both times the servers have been great. Food and management less than desired. An older portly gentleman Jason, that claimed to be the manager, was too busy chatting with all the guys and didn't have time to check on literally the only guests in the restaurant. Very unprofessional, highly recommend relocation or training for Jason.
We have come across to this wonderful guy named Devesh Kale. He is is server out there but showed such a high values towards his company and his manager and team mates. Gave us excellent service! He was quite knowledgeable about food and guided us through their menu ! Manager named Jason had come to ask us how is everything couple of times. It’s good to see the hospitality by these 2 lovely people! They and their team mates are asset to Galt House! Keep up the good work ?

Hate to write this. Fried chicken was raw in the middle, grilled chicken was too dry to bite through, my son’s sandwich was inedible. Go elsewhere - bummed we spent the time/money to eat here when we have limited time in Louisville.
Had dinner at Walker's Exchange while attending a conference in Louisville. The food was excellent and our server, Gabriel was extremely nice and efficient.
Omg we're do I start I went for a dinner date .And I must say this place is on the top of my list of places to eat all the food was fresh place was well kept .Staff were so friendly.
We arrived around 830 after our flight was delayed. We were starving and saw this place and it was empty. I can see why no one was dining there. The food taste like freezer burn. The manager Jason does not know what he's doing. Rude making offensive comments. I will be calling to report this.
We dined late, around 9p, and all of the food was cooked fresh and was delicious. Our server Ajit and Manager Jason were attentive and hospitable. A great dining experience overall and we will absolutely be back the next time we stay at The Galt House.

On August 1, after flight delays we arrived at the Galt House quite late, too tired to travel far for dinner. Luckily, Walker's Exchange was still open. Our server, Ajit, was prompt and attentive, delivering delicious food and refreshing beers. Ajit's pleasant personality went a long way toward improving our spirits. And to top it off, Walker's Exchange manager, Jason, took pity on us, and gave us an off-menu dessert. Ajit and Jason put smiles on our faces and started our visit to Louisville on the right foot.
