Good Service.Good Food.I literally ate on my Breakfast Platter for Breakfast and Dinner.The service was fast and friendly.
I'm sitting in the establishment as I write. The floor is totally dirty needs to be cleaned right now. My order came out wrong I received hash browns instead of grits. Grits came fully watery and extremely lumpy. Like bean soup! So I ordered the all star, when it's done right its a very good meal. Today eggs are cold, waffle tasted flat and soggy, coffee not the best. They kept offering me hash browns I'm not a hash browns person. They charged my table full price even though myself and sister did not eat the grits. Asked why no deduction Mgr said because it's built into the price. Our server was extremely unattentive and sloppy when serving our food and coffee. They may be hard working as I read but today they need to pay attention to the customer and quality of the food.
Nice employees and good food, as is at most waffle house restaurants.
This location never misses. Always my go to since I live in Fern Creek. Super nice service and always clean! They’re always quick on to-go as well!
Horrible Bubba the cook was a duck head an burnt my food on purpose he does it eery time I come up there... The karen was the sweetest an most on point server every only reason I give it 5 stars is because of her she works 3rd shift if anyone wants the greatest server ever...
Good Waffle House experience, eggs had to be remade. Always love that they have breakfast 24/7
We have tried to eat here 2 nights in a row and the service has been terrible. Sat and waited 25 minutes, never had anyone come to our table to take drink order, or look our way till we said something. The groups around us had the same problem both nights. We thought because there were different people working tonight it may be different...but no! We actually heard the waitress named Karen say "well the people that just came in can just wait" I turned to the kids beside us and asked how long they had been there with not even a drink in front of them, 34 mins!! It is ridiculous how rude that these individuals that work here are and obviously don't need to be in the service industry.
refused to service us due to manager leaving. this place needs to shut down. I love this place. they are ridiculous if they will not service us after offering a $250 tip.
I think everyone already knows Waffle House food is excellent, and the midnight chit-show just adds to the value. It's unbeatable.
Empty, if a man wasn't sitting at the counter. I was told the grill wouldn't be ready before 5:30a/6a. I walked in after 4a. I asked about the restroom, & after washing my hands, I apologized for not saying, "Good Morning". I went out, & brought my phone in, sat, & charged it. Everyone that came in, after was told something different. A server took an order from a booth, as I watched her ignore me.She asked me if my order was dine-in, or take-out - while standing near people in a booth. I had my mask on, so, I pointed to the window, behind me. I was seated near the jukebox. I didn't get up, I didn't get loud, as I didn't want people she was standing near, & the others, who found me seated, when they walked in, to be cheated out of service & food, so, I didn't say anything, & I wasn't asked, again, about my order.No one asked if I had ordered.The entire time, after orders were taken the cook was fussing about scheduling; leaving @ 6a, & not taking orders, & being forced to cook, to replace the cook that walked out. I didn't approach a seat b'cuz all the fussing implied no one would get food. I was the only one who didn't get food. Another cook walked in, & sat at a table, refusing to clock in, early. No one approached me. The staff found a way to take orders, & serve, & I remained quiet, while the scheduler, or manager was fussed about.Some mothers occupy jobs, & spend too much of a shift hoping to find ways to make other people suffer, because they feel inconvenienced. I need to lose 130 pounds, so, being forced to fast, or be hungry, can be seen as a blessing, she never intended.The voice making the most noise, started sharing how she had to attend a graduation, & ended up leaving after 6, after cooking for most of the people there. Not me. Never me.My phone charge was completed, leaving with the sun was up. I arrived in the dark.I worked within one Waffle House, once, many years ago, & was fired, without proper training.People seemed happy, while leaving with food, after listening to what would have ruined my appetite. She wore no mask, & didn't seem to care, if spit flew from her mouth.I didn't expect the loudest voice to be in the parking lot, waiting for a ride. She said nothing, as I walked by, & drove away.
