Awful Waffle House. I don’t expect much from Waffle House anyway, but this one is the worst of the worst! Walked in and NO ONE was in there but there was TRASH (cans, bottles, take out containers) on every single table and counter but one side. Waitress told us that side was closed…. Um why? Then I said well where can we sit? She said any table that’s clean. I said I’m not seeing any other clean table and she just ignored me. Looked at my friends and said let’s go somewhere else then and left. Clearly she couldn’t be bothered to take two minutes and clean up the one trash item on each table and wipe one down. Seemed very intentional like they just didn’t want us to stay considering trash such as cans and bottles weren’t even served there. Get new staff ASAP or shut this place down!!!
I cannot believe the service at this location. I was told prior to ordering it would take a half hour to clean the grill. 1 hour later they finally took my order which then took another 45 minutes. I can understand a back log , but I was the only person in line. They just thought that I would go away.
Friendly fast service. Food was good. Wish I could remember the waitress’s name, but she appeared to be the only server on duty. It was June 3 around 4pm.
Great staff. Watched them work very quickly on the griddle as a team to fill to go, in store and take out orders. Ordered cheese Steak omelet and it was delicious
Eggs were cold. Coffee was cold. Sat at a table for about 20 minutes before it was cleared for the last people was there. It was a nightmare. Never go back. It used to be good. Waited about 20 minutes for the food came.
The food was not good. The burnt half the waffle and the other half was not done. The grits was runny, cold and lumpy. I will never go back to this waffle house. I have been to waffle houses all over the south and this one needs to be closed down. The tables were dirty, the floor needed cleaning. It was all around bad experience.
The server named Shajuana gave superior customer service. The cook, Mike is a grill master. I as well as my husband never had better food or service at WH...ever. Strong 10
It was like 10 am Saturday morning over an hour to be seated and served. We were demi stranded waiting for our car to be serviced or we would have left. After being seated it was a good 20 minutes to place our order. The place was swamped & out server was very good about checking up on us and asking if we needed anything else. We never received our extra side of sausage after asking for it twice so we just had them take it off the ticket.
The service was terrible ! They were very busy but we got a table pretty quickly our server looked overwhelmed and I let her know that we were in no hurry to get out not to stress , she never once smiled asked after giving us our food how it was gave me my complete order or anything . The food was cold when we got it . We won't be returning to that location it's on Preston . I should add we have only gone to that location in the past and always had a great experience . Today may have been just an off day but it was enough for me .
Lady working there was great. Took all 3 of my grandchildren orders, got everything right the first time. Even put their stuff in their own bags so they could carry them out.The lady needs a raise. The place was very busy but she was keeping up with it all.The cook was very nice to. The same goes for him. Thank You.
