It's just ok. Waffle house is waffle house but they seemed to have a seriously limited menu when I went. Was a little disappointed with the lack of selection to be honest. The wait wasn't horribly long which is nice but the staff weren't particularly friendly. It was just ok.
My man was working the store all alone. Can't believe he had to do that. In spite of the fact that he was left to fly solo, he did an excellent job from taking my order to cooking and ringing me out. Give that man a raise for being the only responsible employee to show up for work.
The team at this location is one of the best we have seen over our travels. We have been coming to this location over the past five years when visiting Louisville. We have had the luck to have Crystal wait on us each time. Both her and the rest of the team are hustling to turn tables and serve guests. Even in busy times with the line out the door, this team has been communicative and polite. We will continue to visit this location as both the food and service are worth it.
The service was horrible. It was so horrible we didn't order. They had most of the seats blocked off. They were rude. Is there away to give them zero stars? This was the worst waffle house ever. I don't recommend it. Good luck if you go there. I won't be back.
At 530 am waitress was so nice and food came out super quick granted it was half empty I'm there but still impressed. Cook took a bunch of smoke breaks literally every 5 minutes lol but he got my food right and on time. Had the sausage melt sandwich by itself filling enough. No complaints great job.
Waitress was great! Very friendly, and attentive to my needs. I am a picky eater and she made sure all my requests were met.
Normally they are at least a 5 but today not so much. I didn't get onions on my Texas cheesesteak sandwiches and I ordered Sasuke and bacon on the side with 4 orders of hashbrowns and 4 waffles and ended up paying like 5 bucks extra because they didn't say it was cheaper to get 2 double waffles but I should've asked so next time I def will check the prices before hand. But the hadbrowns were scarce ate bacon was burnt like burnt burnt smh. Like I said 3 is my rating for this go around but waffle house still is amazing ad a whole hopefully your experience will be better ?
Don’t waist your time 24 hour joint wants to cook you fresh eggs and tell you it’s Togo only because of there lazy staff. Time to replace the lazy trash. Could you imagine taking your fresh eggs out side in 20 degree weather how fast they would be cold YUM!
Best deals for Breakfast cheap combo meals with a good portion of food for cheap. Good tasting food as well. Just not wonderful food besides their waffles. Waffles are amazing.
